Perfect location
This small apartment was perfect for me. The location was close to restaurants, local attractions and a tram stop. I really appreciated having a washer to do my laundry after a long week of hiking. I highly recommend this location for a single person or a couple.

3 days in Lisbon
Check in was super easy and fortunately we were able to drop our bags off early and meet Sylvia in person while the apartment was being cleaned. Small space but works well and has everything you need for a short stay. Place has a beautiful view of a church and is just up the street from a trolley stop which is convenient when the trolley is on time! The bed is lofted but comfortable, may not be the best setup for a tall person or people with mobility issues. Bathroom was tidy but did have a smell to it, didn’t really affect the rest of the space. Overall nice place in Alfama, but be ready for the hills when walking around the neighborhood.

Property was very clean and fully equipped. Located in the heart of Alfama and very close to all of Lisbon most important site's. Also communication with property's management was great especially Sílvia she was very helpful.

Ideal location
Silvia was so welcoming and very easy to communicate with. The location in Alfama is perfect with a nice view of the cathedral and the bay. The apartment was small but had everything that we needed.

It is bijou but perfect for a short stay and in a wonderful part of Aflama, walking distance to lots of buzzing bars, music places and restos. Silvia is a marvellous host. I had a great time there

Clean and comfortable
What a delightful, little place! We had everything we needed for a few days' stay for two adults. It was clean and so well kept, and our host, Silvia, was absolutely delightful! She made excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do within walking distance. Whenever we had a question, she encouraged us to message her on WhatsApp, and she was always responsive. We had the best time and absolutely fell in love with the Alfama neighborhood in Lisbon.

Great location and helpful hosts
I stayed for 4 weeks over the summer and had a great stay. The apartment is clean and modern with everything you need. Great coffee shop and restaurants nearby. The host, Manuel, was extremely helpful. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a centrally located place in Lisbon.

Good location, fits description, and clean.
Sylvia our host was so warm and welcoming, she made everything feel easy and safe. She was available if we had questions and was accommodating when we had requests. We missed having such a kind host when we left. Apartment fits description, perfect for a quick stay. Washer was such a helpful bonus. Definitely recommend. Lastly, hosts recommendations for food and coffee were so helpful and were great suggestions.

Ideal Alfama Stay
This property couldn’t have been better for me. Yes it’s on the smaller side, but being solo I didn’t need more. Located in Alfama, it was easy to navigate around the city, even though it is hilly. But I loved being in this part of town, especially being less than 150m to Copenhagen Coffer Lab! Silvia was easy to communicate with and the check in/out process was seamless. I would stay here again!

Appartement dans un quartier atypique
Situé en plein coeur de l'Alfama, prévoir de bonnes chaussures de marche pour visiter ce quartier atypique à proximité du centre de Lisbonne. Gros point négatif : une odeur insupportable venant de la salle de bains, ce qui nous a extrêmement dérangé durant notre séjour. Sinon, merci encore à Silvia pour son accueil chaleureux et sa bonne humeur !

Gut gelegenes Appartement für 1-2 Personen
Wir wurden von Silvia sehr herzlich empfangen. Unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-out. Wir konnten sogar früher als geplant die Wohnung beziehen. Silvia half den Koffer in den 2. Stock zu tragen. Die Leiter zum Bett ist schmal. Die Abflussrohre im Bad riechen, was wahrscheinlich in der Altstadt normal ist. Zentrale und ruhige Lage. Wir würden die Wohnung für einen nächsten Aufenthalt in Lissabon wieder buchen.

Very small Apartment
The apartment is very tiny. The bed has to be a high bed, otherwise there would not be enough space to move around. It was clean, but the smell from the sewer pipe in the bathroom and kitchen was really disgusting. There was construction going on in the house next door, so during the day it was extremely loud. Also noises from the neighbors could be heard. During my stay a couple with a baby moved I next door. I woke up several times from the crying of the baby.

⚫︎よかった点 ・短い期間だったが、旧市街アラファマで暮らす体験ができた。 ・静かな環境で、治安もよかった。 ・オーナーのシルヴィアさんの対応が早く、とても親切だった。 ・シャワーのお湯もしっかり出た。 ・アパートも清潔で、綺麗だった。 ⚫︎良くなかった点（改善点） ・まずはトイレの匂い。換気扇は回っていたが、ひどい匂いで嫌だった。 ・シャワーと洗面台が超狭い！　なので、洗顔や歯磨きはキッチンの流し台を使っていた。 ・キッチンにナイフ、スプーン、フォークがなかった。 ⚫︎トータルで評価して、改善点はあるものの、いい滞在ができた。みなさんにも、お勧めします。

Everything was great during my stay. Silvia gave me a lovely welcome and gave great tips. She responded quickly to my questions. The area is very nice, lots of nice places to eat, drink and have fun. You can really explore Lisbon from here. I felt very save here and it's quit at night.
