Very clean hotel. Great location. Easy to check in. We stayed on top floor and the rooms have a unique ceiling shape making things a little complicated to get around. Overall great hotel.

Location is perfect steps from public / tour buses. Rooms exceptionally clean, met all needs. Beds very comfortable and staff wonderful. The only negative was that our and some rooms have no view. Ours had a balcony but facing a cement wall and construction scaffolding. Staff offered another room next days but would have to repack and wait for 3 o’clock check in which would have interrupted touring time. This hotel has no outside patio /seating area. Overall great place

Friendly staff, amazing location within steps of metro and trams, a few more steps to attractions and shopping or food. What’s not to like? Breakfast buffet was copious and delicious. There are three other MyStory hotels in the square nearby as well so plenty of choices. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in a good location in Lisbon, walking distance from a lot of tourist sites, shops and restaurants. Clean room, big comfortable double-bed, powerful shower and a good breakfast selection. Front desk were very helpful and the luggage storage was very useful before our room was available at check-in and between check-out and our flight.

The hotel is very good, rooms are small but perfectly comfortable. The location is tremendous. My only problem was they did not change the sheets when requested and the next day did not even freshen up the room. The breakfast buffet is great too

We initially reserved our room for two nights, not being sure of our travel plans. We requested an extension for more nights. The hotel staff were very helpful in securing our extended stay. The front desk were very accommodating to the changes in our plans. The staff in the restaurant were polite and always provided good service. We will definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully have a chance to return.

We loved its location and we had a roomy twin bed dormer room. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Staff was great at booking airport ride and addressing any requests. The one downside was the air conditioning was only controlled by calling the desk, which we had to do several times during the night as it was just too warm. Other than that.. loved our stay there’

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was OK. Our only minor issue was that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff, gave us a city map and showed us where to go. Room was clean and nicely laid out. Hotel location was excellent. In downtown, within walking distance of the sites. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is walking distance to everything Old Lisbon has to offer! The rooms are large for European standards, including very comfortable beds. We will most definitely stay here on our next trip to Lisbon!

I had stayed at this hotel previously three times, unfortunately this last time someone in the front desk gave other people access to my room & they walked in in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. Next morning On my check out i let the front desk person know & they looked at me like they didn’t care.

Picturesque hotel in a great location
Picturesque hotel in a great location to explore Lisbon on foot. Friendly staff, unusual way of finding the rooms due to multiple, historical buildings making up the hotel. Room was small but comfy and it had a great view of the city. Small lifts can be a challenge when you are packing a lot of luggage but this is pretty much the case anywhere in historical parts of European cities.
