Really great for a three star hotel.
Was a little far from old town but had public transport close by. There’s also a bus close to the hotel that takes you to the airport - very convenient

This property was great! We felt really safe (2 women traveling together) THE LOCATION was great so many restaurants in the area that are walkable :) coffee shops in the area!

The hotel is clean with very helpful staff but absolutely no amenities including a basic gym, swimming pool nor even a kettle in the room to make your own coffee. The location not touristy but close enough by public transit and staff were very helpful and patient to show you options. Some English TV channels which you don’t usually find in European hotels.

I wouldn’t stay there again, there is not even a coffee maker in the room. Also far away from the city and we spent so much in transportation. Not helpful, almost rude front desk staff

Highly Priced for No Quality & Service
No room cleaning, very basic, no bar or restaurant, and very basic breakfast for which they charge €15. Very high priced for a very basic hotel of 3 stars...
My worst experience in a check-in with Ms. Suzana. She was very unpolite, not helping and create a lot of problems when we arrived after our flight was cancelled. This hotel, never more ! And Suzane, we need lear about take care your costumers.
During our 5 days stay in this hotel- our room was cleaned once and towels were replaced once upon our request. Also, in our room it feels like there’s a dust mites or bugs. We hardly have a good night sleep because the beds were itchy.
Very happy with the service I received from the friendly and courteous staff, and the room was very clean and neat. Very close to Campo Pequeno Metro station which is convenient for getting around
The hotel is well situated, opposite a shopping centre and has bus or metro stations nearby taking you to the tourist attractions.
The room itself looks quite modern, with a walk-in shower. The pictures on the website do not do it justice.
