"Staying at this hotel was a good experience. The staff tried their best to help us with our questions and service was great. Breakfast was fine but dinner was a problem. We resorted to the food court in a nearby mall. The hotel area was an interesting area for walking and the concierge gave us a good local map. We had hoped to visit the nearby rice terraces (weather prevented that) and were shocked at the cost of a half day taxi hire ($140cdn)"
