"Was disappointed when we 1st arrived at house, house was listed having 3 1/2 bathrooms but only had two bathrooms. Contacted host who apologized that the listing was incorrect and was willing to refund us the second night if we wanted to move. We had a large party and we were not trying to start looking for another house. House was clean but grass outside needed to be mowed. Lots of space inside and kitchen was well stocked. "We enjoyed our stay and the house was cute. It would be good to have a second bathroom and the water pressure in the bathroom sink needs attention. It was close to Sight and Sound and all of the Amish area. Location was good."

"This house was soooo comfortable. Six retired siblings away for some shopping, dining, and fun; and that we did! One thing to mention is that the bench at the dining room table is not a great fit for women in their 60's and 70's. We switched out the bench for the 2 chairs by the fireplace so everyone could have their own seat. That worked great for us."

"We decided to book this as our children had a basketball tournament at Spookynook. We had a total of 15 people staying Friday -Sunday and we couldn't have asked for a better setup. Plenty of room and the amenities were top-notch. The boys appreciated being able to use the hot tub after a day of playing several games. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had.
