good basic room. Very loose or broken toilet seat bolt. Desk chair wouldn't adjust and back was too far back to use.

The room itself was large and very clean for the price. Whatever they cleaned the room with was a bit overpowering, but I got used to it. The TV and light did not work, and the remote was dead and had corroded batteries in it. We were traveling cross country with our cats and found this out after we settled them in for the night. The manager did offer us different room which we declined because it was just too much work to move pets and our stuff after driving 700 miles. While my husband was touching the microwave I walked by him and touched his shoulder and we were both shocked pretty badly likely related to the power out on that wall. The towels were like paper and I throw away slivers of soap twice the size of the ones that were provided for the sink and shower. Breakfast was disappointing, but again you get what you pay for. At least the room was clean. As for the electric, I mentioned it to the AM desk clerk and he advised me it happened in another room that night as well. Better hire an electrician before someone gets hurt

I have stayed here multiple times and the rooms are always very clean and the staff is friendly. Also, there is lots of parking for towing a trailer when passing through.

This place is a security nightmare. The property is completely run down and looks abandoned. It was so bad that I ate the cost of the room and drove another 90 minutes to get a hotel room. The other properties around it, Best Western and another hotel all looked the same way. DO NOT STAY IN Lonoke AR.

The city of Lonoke is generally a safe town and the police department is located right behind the hotel. We hope you give us another chance as we are a newly renovated property. Nice, clean hotel with loud biker clientele
Very nice and clean hotel. Jesse, who checked us in was very nice and went out of his way to make sure we were in the best room still available that would suit out needs. Our only complaint is with the bikers that knock the baffles out of their pipes so everyone can be sure everyone can hear how loud and annoying they can be, at all hours of the night and early morning.

The outside of this hotel was a little dated & the front parking area was tight. However, the host at the front desk was super friendly & apologized because it took so long to help the guest in front of me. I noticed that he did not become impatient with the guest who had changed his mind a couple of times, so I was impressed. The room was very clean & for the price of the stay, it was really good. Breakfast was very good for this caliber of hotel. Would definitely stay again if I was passing through this area. No frills, but if you're needing a reasonably priced hotel for the night, it was great.

Comfortable but not accessible
The room was a little tired (bathroom) but it was clean and comfortable. We chose the accessible room simply because it was a non-smoking room. For us it was fine but I would not suggest it as an accessible room. Mainly, this is due to the door not fully opening and there being a bathtub instead of a roll in shower. This would be hard with a wheelchair. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. We would stay there again.

The management staff was exceptional in helping me relax for a pleasant stay. I parked my car right in front of my room, which was easy for me to carry my things in. Here again, the manager was very helpful, and we enjoyed our conversations about the area to inform me about breakfast in the morning,
