Our stay at B&B Slamic was a wonderful experience from the moment we registered until the time we left. It was a very warm and helpful greeting and registration. The room was super clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfasts were done up to exceed our expectations and the entire staff were friendly and helpful in every way. The location is great with the main attractions all within a short walking distance. We would certainly stay at B&B Slamic again.

Nice Historic Hotel with a Friendly Staff
This is a nice historic (family-owned with history dating back to 1932) hotel located within walking distance of the Bus and Train station, major Ljubljana attractions and fabulous restaurants. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, assisting with local public transport, and COVID19 test enquires. The breakfast is excellence with great service (COVID19 requires service, instead of self-service). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel does not have an elevator. There is a flight of steps to get you to the level where the rooms are. Then again, all the hotels I stayed in Slovenia does not have elevators. There was a review indicating noise from a nearby church bell and traffic. During my 5-night stay, I neither noticed the church bell nor traffic. There was singing and music from the bar on the ground floor (on Wednesday and Friday), but that all went away by 9.30 p.m. I did not miss any sleep.

This property was the exact kind I needed for my trip. Location. I paid 10 euro for the shuttle at airport, and shuttle brought me to the hotel steps. Room plain, clean, breakfast included. There's no breakfast buffet for now, but very good breakfast with fruits, omelet, cheeeses. Easy to go to historical center, easy to walk to train and bus station I loved my stay and recommend this hotel

The hotel is good overall how ever the manager was extremely rude to us. When we arrived we found the rooms to be much smaller that it is shown in the wide angle photos so we kindly ask the staff to change our room for a bigger one if there is any other room available . The manager came to our room personally and told us if we are un happy with the room we can leave and find another hotel and he also added that it seems we have never been in a hotel before. They then tried to revise their behavior but unfortunately the way the manager acted left a bitter experience for us. It’s such a shame

Great location - around 5 minutes walk from city centre/triple bridge. However is noisy due to close proximity of many bus routes, and a church which rings bell every 15 minutes! Staff are friendly. Room serviced daily (towels changed) - but only one tea bag and sugar sachet provided for whole stay, which seems stingy. Breakfast is delicious and has variety (breads, cold meat, cheeses, spreads, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt).

Perfect Place for solo traveler
I stayed here for 2 nights after I didn't like staying in my airBnB outside of the city. This was 100% worth it. For the price point, this is a great place to stay! In short: if I find myself back in Ljubljana, I would stay here again. + Super close to the city center +Breakfast was perfect with a good selection of food and tons of seating +The service was very friendly and helpful + The room, while weirdly designed (they did their best with the shape!) was comfortable, clean, and up to date. The shower was perfect! + Air Conditioner! - while the rooms are no smoking, I had my window open for air, and the smoke from people smoking in the courtyard got in my room. But not a big deal- there is an air conditioner!
