This room is a little more worn than usual. There was a stain in the carpet, the lamp plugins are wornout. Im afraid these might be a fire hazard. There was also a tear in one of the curtain sheers. The room was comfortavle and staff friendly and courteous as always.

Front desk employee was very pleasant and quick. Room was clean and loved the bathroom amenities. Pool was perfect temperature and very clean. Hot tub was great and partially separated from pool. Breakfast was excellent lots of warm choices. Has a fitness center and business center Definitely recommend this location for a stress free stay.

Overall, the hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was pleasantly good. My complaint was regarding what appeared to be a clump of toilet paper that was sticking to the roof directly above the bed. I am not sure how it got there, but I can only imagine. Shortly thereafter, I called the front counter attendant and explained the situation. She appeared appalled and said she was coming to our room to take a look. Unfortunately, she never arrived. The following morning, I also told the clerk at the front desk. She too expressed her disgust and said they would make sure it gets clean, presumably for the next guests, since we were leaving. Besides the clump of toilet paper hanging above our heads as we slept, and subpar customer service; the hotel was great.

We are sorry for the misunderstanding with the front desk. The front desk agent said that she thought you were okay with her not coming to the room. With that room being a vaulted ceiling room, it was going to take a ladder to get the paper off of the ceiling. Jamie was the staff member who assisted us and checked us in. I have traveled to many countries on several continents and yet this young lady in Logan, Utah (of all places!) must be one of the friendliest, most helpful, and efficient hospitality service providers I have ever dealt with. Cannot recommend this establishment more highly. Well appointed rooms, sparkling clean, great location and outstanding customer service.

I’ve stayed at this property several times and this was the worst room I’ve ever had there. The bedding was stained, the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall this room was dirty unlike the other rooms I’ve stayed in.

We loved our stay! Everything was spotless, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing! Our only issue was the noisy heater in our room which made it hard to sleep. Other than that, it was great!

Tried to cancel the reservation for a month when I realized I accidentally made the reservations a month early. I tried to work through Travelocity then the hotel to no success. I stayed at the hotel at my intended time (September) and the staff was very nice to me and the hotel was clean and quiet.

The bed was really comfortable! Slept excellent! The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The hot breakfast had several good choices and was delicious! The pool was a little cool but the hot tub was very nice! We had a great weekend getaway.! Really enjoyed our stay!!😃 Will stay again!
