Greeted from taxi by concierge and guided to disabled access. Checkin fine, the room was lovely but extremely hot with air conditioning fixed on full. Asked room service for help but she said it was broken, she said someone would come, they didn’t. I went down to reception asked for help, no one came, rang down, no one came. After 1 hour I want down again and was moved rooms. The room was clean but a bit of a downgrade from the previous one, no dressing gowns, tissues, water, hairdryer. I had to ask for breakfast tea and de caff coffee. Didn’t make a fuss as we had dinner booked before going to the Albert Hall.
On leaving the concierge were very helpful, storing our luggage. When we returned to collect it later the concierge kindly charged my phone for me.
Hopefully we will get to visit again without problems.
