"The house was very comfortable and inviting. Location was ideal for enjoying the River Walk and all the bronze sculptures. Easy access to Magnolia. Great backyard with grill and fire pit! The neighborhood is being restored. Highly recommend this home."

"I rented this property to meet up with my brother and his wife for just an overnight stay. When we arrived we could not find a place named Sunflower Inn and the one place we did find was called Esperanza Inn and there were already guests staying there. Upon talking to the owner he informed us that his unit somehow got overbooked and there was nowhere for us to stay. We immediately asked for a refund and he assured us we would be fully refunded, We waited the rest of that day to see a refund, but...

"Cleanliness could have been stepped up. Kitchen cabinet doors were dirty, household trashcans dirty, under beds dirty, oven and broiler need cleaning. Things travelers need such as luggage stands, towels racks for the bathroom, extra toilet paper and paper towels should be standard items. The place met our needs although, they did not let us know it was not handicap friendly. Should have handicap bars in bathrooms and tubs should have non slip surfaces. "If you have an event at Baylor, or in town for Magnolia, this may be your spot. Outstanding customers service. Plenty of free parking. Parallels Southbound I35 (saw but did not hear traffic), comfortable sleep. Large room (we had 2 beds and pull out ) There is a small pool and decent 24 hour gym. 7-11 in same parking lot and hamburger joint literally across the street. Ice maker on our floor. Pet friendly. Microwave and coffee pot in room. A little construction for parking garage/road being built. Looks close to completion. "
