Love the staff. Always very kind and helpful. The lobby is a huge attraction and a lovely spot to have your complimentary glass of wine in the evening. Very close to USC campus as well.

room was very clean and bedding were comfy. the staff was kind and supportive. I like the checkout time an hour later than other hotels. that made me more comfortable in the morning since no need to be hurry to meet the checking out time. one thing to be better was noise management. I stayed street faced room and the window was not so sound proof so I could hear all the car sounds midnight. also the sound of a garbage truck clearing away trash in the early morning was like thunder.

The hotel is elegant, with a classy old-fashioned feel. It has everything you need, though--wifi, elevator, AC. The attached restaurant was very nice, breakfast served all day, but also has lunch, dinner, and a bar. There were some other options nearby, too. We could walk to a bus stop and metro. The staff was very friendly, allowing us to check in early and holding our bags when we checked out and had a late flight. They also helped when we couldn't get our air to work. Plus there is coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. I would highly recommend the Hotel Normandie.

Good location, pretty close to the subway station and Korean town. The staff are friendly. However, the facilities of the hotel are old, and you have to ask the staff for some basic suppliers, even though they will provide them.

This is a little hidden jewel. When you first walk in, the lobby has such a unique charm to it. The staff is incredibly courteous. And rooms have an old school feel them without feeling old. The crew kept the rooms very clean. The restaurant next door was nice. I’ll definitely stay here when I’m back in LA.

The location is convenient with Koreatown with many dining options closeby. The walls were a little thin (could hear neighbours) and pillows were a little soft. However staff were very friendly and it was a pleasant stay!

I loved the vibe of the place and hardwood floors. Atayed in a Junior suit and the bathroom was a bit small but we were only there for a night. The diner a ownstairs is greatll. Good wholesome food. Will stay there again.

Hotel Normandie’s located in a great area in Koreafown and there are plenty of delicious food options nearby as well as modern bars and cafés to discover. The facilities and rooms at Normandie are very cozy and comfortable, and the service is excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in Koreatown during your trip to LA!

The 1920s vibe is cool. Wine bottle service is a great touch. Staff was great. Unfortunately the old flooring makes for quite a bit of noise. Actually at 10am the maid service was cleaning a room above me and it sounded like they were dropping everything possible. The vacuum sounded like it was hitting every crack.

The good: Staff were attentive and pleasant, absolutely no complaints there. We loved the restaurant were. The bad: The rooms really need an update to address sound leakage between rooms, and especially from the street. The window sounds like it’s open even when closed, and all the poorly maintained cars in LA are just outside. Good value overall, but bring earplugs

We're sorry to learn that the room, however, did not meet your standards. As we are a historic landmark, the architecture does let in more noise than modern buildings. To assuage this, we recommend to guests who are sensitive to noise to reach out to the front desk and inquire about an interior facing room as these are the quietest we offer at the hotel. We apologize once more for the experience you had, but hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a better stay in the future.

Interesting old building. Floors are very creaky, and the walls are pretty thin, but it noise doesn't bother you then this is the place for you. Kind and helpful staff. Overall enjoyed our stay!

The hotel and staff were fantastic however the neighborhood was so dirty we hated to walk outside. Too bad since there were many excellent restaurants nearby.
