I find your reviews pretty unfair and inaccurate. We have a lot of repeat customers who come back for our clean rooms, free parking, free morning refreshments, free Wi-Fi, and unbeatable location for Universal Studios - 3 min walk to Universal Studios free shuttle station. Our parking lot is meant for small / compact vehicles but we do our best to accommodate larger vehicles as well. Since we offer free parking, our parking lot does tend to get busy. We checked the AC in your room and it is working perfectly fine. I suspect that you did not set the AC setting correctly. If you had called the front desk, they would have been happy to assist you. Some of our rooms are cozier than other rooms. We do have larger rooms but they do cost more money than the smaller rooms. It seems that your expectations might have been a bit too high. You booked a 2.5-star hotel in a very expensive area. Next time, I suggest that you book a room at Hilton or Sheraton where they may be able to live up to your expectations.

I am very surprised by your unfair and inaccurate review. Most of our guests are repeat customers who come back for our clean rooms, free parking, free morning refreshments, and unbeatable location for Universal Studios - 3 min walk to Universal's shuttle station. As you admitted in your review, we did offer to change your room but you declined. It appears to me that your plans probably changed and you decided to check out after 2 nights but you were not able to get a refund due to the hotel cancellation / modification policy so you put us this unfair and inaccurate review! In addition, you used the room for two days and left at 630 pm on the second day and did not complain to the front desk about the clogged sink nor the bad smell in the shower. we just checked the room and the sink drain is wide open and no bad smell from the shower!

I find your review very unfair and inaccurate. We have 6 different room types with different room lay out and different bedding. You booked a Two Double Bed room type and that is exactly what you got. If you had bothered to look at the double bed room types, you would have realized that the room looks exactly the same as the photos. You must have looked at a bigger room photos but booked the less expensive room. Since you booked through a third party, we had no control over what you might have been told but it is not the hotel fault. Our records indicate that you checked in and used the room. No notes about you complaining or checking out early!

As far as early check-in, it is always based on availability and we do our best to have the room ready but no hotel in the world can guarantee early check-in. Our records indicate that you did check in early! There was an issue with the cable company which we can not control but we fixed your TV within an hour once we contacted the cable company. Our parking does get busy because unlike our competition we offer free parking to our guests!
