“Quick Stay Over - Excellent”

Needed to stay over for the night quickly. Reserved a queen, and then requested a king at the hotel; got a very big, clean room with a king. Room was in good condition; there is actually another smaller room in the suite (two bedrooms) with a closing door. Bathroom was huge. Close to the pier area; a good little walk. Stayed here again a couple months later; had a queen and a lower level room - get a king/queen on the second floor. No breakfast, but the are places to eat within walking distance. Friendly staff. Would stay again!

nice size rooms and bath, convienent location and easy to find. beds were a little on the hard side

The location was nice and only a couple blocks from the beach. The room was nice and what we expected. The bathroom however did not have a fan and the mirror had mold on it. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

it was very easy to locate. The location is nice, very very close to the beach. its within walking distance. all stores are within walking distance, which is extremely helpful. For the price we paid the room was extremely big and we even had an extra room :)!!! the bathroom was big compared to other rooms i've stayed in.

Perfect for families! Loved that there were two separate rooms with a door! Bathroom was remodeled beautifully! Would stay again!!

“Beachside getaway”

Besides the beach noises and other guests this was great. We were upgraded to a beautiful room. New TV's were just installed. Only 4 blocks from the beach for a wine and chicken dinner. We could not be happier. It is a lot noisier near the beach than in the mountains where we live but still very nice.

For the price it was a good hotel with a good location, don't expect the four seasons, but it was a good clean hotel

Nice small place to stay, which is all you really need by the beach in CA as you can spend much of your time outside enjoying the nice weather. The room was clean and the basics were taken care of during the day while we were out. The girl working the desk also provided a good recommendation for an Indian restaurant nearby.
