The managers are rude and after we had prepaid the entire stay before arrival, they demanded a $200 deposit and our credit card. They lock you out of room every day and you must return to office to get key reprogrammed. Our adult son and grandson stayed there because we went To Universal Studios and had to go get new key every evening when we were exhausted. They don’t let you into locked office.

The Super 8 Wyndham at North Hollywood was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay, very clean, comfortable hotel and the staff was great. The breakfast was awesome. I extended my stay and would recommend this place to family and friends. I would also stay again.

The staff were absolutely amazing. The area is rough. I’m not from the area but man it was iffy for sure. Rooms have been renovated and were clean. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. So kind.

I was really impressed when I found this diamond in the rough, but my last visit reallyvupset and puzzled me. I went to my car about 9:45am and when I returned I was locked out of my room, all my belongings were in the room. Communication was terrible when I asked housekeeping why it was locked,no one had answers. I went to front desk and the guy asked for ID which was locked in the room.No apology or explanation. This really put a damper on this stay. askhousekeeping why it was locked.

It was an absolute dump. The neighborhood was sketchy and the bed literally had bugs in it. I checked in, went to my room. Saw bugs crawling on the bed and immediately turned around and asked for a refund. I was given a refund right away so that would be my one positive to take away from this place. Good luck.

I felt safe going from parking lot to room in an unfamiliar area. Staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. Will stay again if in area.
