This is a horrible place I wish I weren’t there! I can hear ppl talking and snoring, someone’s car outside keep alarming in the middle of night. Policy was there with guns on hand, def not a safe place to stay.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was clean but it was pretty dirty on the walls and around all the baseboards, I moved a night stand and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in many years. I have no idea how it got a 7.2 rating out of 10. If the rooms got a really good cleaning it wouldn’t be so bad.

Ok for $89
We went to see the Rose Parade for the 1st time. The price was good, the area felt safe, but inside was gross - 1st encounter was a large roach, lots of hair in the bathroom and just felt dirty overall. I checked the linens for stains which considering the rest of the room felt like I would stains with my eyes & without a black light, found none. I guess I’m glad that I got a decent price for just 6 hours and considering with the rose parade all other hotels rates were out of this world so can’t be too upset.

The owners of the hotel was very friendly and helpful on inquiries. The neighborhood is relatively safe and there are many places to go to eat. The room, though somewhat outdated, was also relatively clean. Not a bad choice for a short stay.

This location is close to nearby convenient stores, shops, and restaurants. I didn’t have a car so having everything nearby was extremely convenient!

lots of Asian stores around, Property has no cable TV and phone. Worst than a motel 6 type of hotel. Bed sheet smell old odor. Can hear other tenant pass by your outside hallway.
