The hotel was good for a one night stay. The rooms were clean, bed was just ok, pretty firm mattress. Very basic. The traffic along Highway 1 was loud until10 pm and starting again at 5:30 am. The location was convenient to walk to a few restaurants and stores.

The staff were excellent, the first night I found a long black hair in the shower and the bed. It's on the main drag, very busy and noisy. It's a long way from any beach and various activities. I would not stay there again.

The property is constantly being cleaned by staff, including daily room cleaning. Kitchenette dishes and utensils are meager but sufficient. The main drawback is its location right beside the main highway with many vehicles travelling at high speed, creating constant noise. Our bedroom was at the back of the unit and isolated from the road noise. The only other issue is that the cable TV carries ONLY Spanish-speaking channels, and we don’t speak Spanish.

Definitely a three star hotel. Location was good—walkable to restaurants, 1.3 miles to the beach and about that to downtown square. Rooms were small with no dresser & one chair—suitcases on the floor. Housekeeping lacked—every day we had to ask for towels. When we arrived—4 of us—there were two towels. Breakfast was decent but heaven forbid you ask for more than the small portion they give you. They had potatoes, waffles, some type of eggs and fruit and toast along with gravy beans and some days nachos. I asked for extra eggs since I didn’t get any of the other stuff and was given them begrudgingly. Overall it was okay. Just okay. I’d recommend staying somewhere else. Our week in the room was noisy due to street noise and the blankets were thin.

This hotel was great. From the moment you walk in, it looks very clean, staff smiles and greets you and overall its very pleasent. Room size was good and had a working AC and good pressure shower. It is in front of the highway so expect some noise from cars, it didn't impact my quality of sleep. Things to improve: - The pool was VERY cold. I couldn't get in and part of the reason why I chose this hotel was the pool. I think more people would use it if it was at least room temperature, but no, it was very cold. - The rooms only come with a thin sheet. We had to turn on and off the AC because it would get too cold and the sheets weren't enough. On 2 nights we didn't even turn on the AC and was cold. - I did not try the breakfast but for $150pesos, you can eat a bigger meal nearby. It would be great if more options were available.

After being in Cabo San Lucas, We stayed here for our last night. When I booked the hotel I thought it was in Cabo but in reality it was in SanJose del Cabo. Little did I I know it was two different towns. This property was perfect! Clean, quiet with a friendly staff that helped arrange our airport transportation. With a short Uber ride, Exploring San Jose del Cabo was a real treat!

Las Palmas is super friendly and clean. The beds are absolutely amazing, as was the air con. However, it's on an extremely busy highway, and the noise and fumes and air quality are not great. The biggest issue I have is the fact that almost all amenities (restaurants, grocery stores etc.) are on the other side of the highway. This means crossing several lanes where the signalling and cars are very unpredictable. I didn'tt hink it would be that difficult just to get some groceries. So while things are "walking distance", it requires more work than you would think. Also, the pool was very recently upgraded. For some reason they did not include a railing on the stairs to get in and out of the pool. Myslef and several other guests I witnessed either couldn't enter the pool, or needed lots of help. Could you please put in a railing?

Overall the experience was ok. The facilities are being updated and the hotel has potential. We accidentally left our wallet in the safe when we left. When we called back we did not get a prompt response. When we drove back, they handed the wallet back but all the money was gone. They said a customer returned the wallet so they they did not know what happened to the money. Did not want to ask why house keeping would not have first found it. It was a reasonable sum unfortunately.

The location is not great and the hotel is located on a very busy and extremely loud road. The noise made it difficult to sleep. There is a small but very cold, although a bonus if you are hot and need to cool off. A basic but tasty Mexican breakfast is served in the morning with the cost of the room, which is a nice perk. The tv was in Spanish only which isn't great for English speakers. The rooms were clean and basic. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for one night only if you are in-between hotels and are on an overnight layover.

This property is HUGE! There’s no easy access to your room. The staircases are confusing and the walkways are a maze. There Was no phone jn the room. When I called from my cell, no answer. Our stay was 7 days and no towel change despite repeated requests. Only 2 towels for 3 people. Yuck! Not enough blankets. Overall- never staying here again! You get what you pay for. Also, no help staff with luggage.
