We turned up at this place to find nobody was there to greet us , the door was locked and no explanation about parking inside Lucas’s city walls. Owner finally turned up after we called, accommodation disappointing, would suggest it’s more of a hostel stay . We decided to book elsewhere it was not for us.

Great location in the historic center of Lucca, plenty of eating options and supermarkets nearby. Room was very large which was great, was clean enough and had Aircon (which leaked in the bathroom though!). Check in was easy but there was no one at the desk the entire time of our stay (we called the owner (?) and he had the room maintenance staff let us in). It was also quite difficult to park due to the time we arrived and ended up parking outside the city walls, if parking recommend arriving first thing in the morning or last thing in the evening to avoid day trippers during the peak season. Overall would recommend due to great location and size, but expect a no frills experience.

Fantastic position, excellent host.
Best position and easy to locate. Lucca is such a beautiful place to visit and this accommodation is right in the heart of the town. Clean and comfortable. As clearly stated in the detail you walk up 2 flights of stairs. The host (Mare) was so helpful, kind, thoughtful and available she made my stay perfect. I highly recommend this accommodation and hope to return.

Good position in Lucca but some oddities
It was not clear from Expeia that I needed to give the b&b keeper an exact time of arrival - which of course coming from abroad is difficult - and so I arrived to a large closed door. By chance, a couple arrived who could ring the keeper and a helpful man then came to check me in. The room was not very clean and there was no soap, toilet roll, shampoo. It was much improved the next day. But there was no breakfast. The place was well positioned in the town, and was ok to stay in, but it was much more basic than in the information. Lucca is lovely and there is a great restaurant nearby - Paris Bistrot.

Excellently located in the middle of Lucca.
A short walk to all of the sights and shopping which Lucca has to offer. Air conditioned room and a filling breakfast just two of the things which make this place a pleasant place to spend a night or two. Very friendly host who pointed us in the right direction for food and things to do. It's a lively area so do bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. All in all I would recommend this place to friends.

Nice B&B in the centre of Lucca
We enjoyed our stay at Camera con vista B&B. The room was big and comorftable. The breakfast was good. There was a mix up with the checkin location so be sure to confirm in advance. Despite that the service was good and friendly.

The hostess for this hotel was delightful and very accommodating, looking out for our best interest with our travel needs, especially car parking to avoid ticket. Trying to accommodate booking tours or info we needed going forward. Well located, nice breakfast.

Good location for short stay
Small simple B & B in central Lucca. Good location. I was a solo traveller and it suited me for a short stay. Room was fine - quite large and bed comfy. Breakfast is 5 euro and was fine for me. The lady who runs the place is really friendly and helpful.

Perfect location
Very nice and clean, no A/C, close to the Pisa tower and to restaurants and bars, remember you will need to climb lots of stairs, wifi available in rooms. Nice little hotel.

Well located room.
Right in the middle of Lucca. You can walk everywhere from here. We loved everything about this place. Nice room, reasonable cost, very helpful and firendly host. He recommended a restaurant that we ate at all 3 nights of our stay. A really good experience.

Great B&B with lovely staff
Arrival was great, was contacted by phone. Even though we arrived at 930pm, we were welcomed personally and were even given an upgrade due to spending 6 days there. Our room was lovely and large. The bed was comfortable and there was a fan provided to cool us down. Bathroom was large enough and the shower was great. The free breakfast was lovely and there was plenty to chose from everyday - and it varied. The rooms were also cleaned every single morning as well.

Great hotel for the price
Overall a great experience, Lucca is a lovely town and the hotel/B&B was a great choice. Aome minor improvements could be done but price to quality was excellent. I stayed three nights, which offered an additional 15% discount. Nice breskfast with some items available throughout the day (tea, coffee, snacks).

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé Claudio le gérant de l'établissement à été très accueillant et m'a donné de bons plans de la ville où manger bon et pas trop cher etc. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et il y'a toutes les commodités autour à faire à pied.j'y retournerai volontier

excellent location. Information misleading: it is a second floor, but first you have to haul up (80 yrs. of age) your suitcases 4 floors, so it is on the 6th. There is no breakfast available. We had to pay the tourist tax on leaving, contrary to what is printed on reservation confirmation. The terrace is not joining the room. but again 1 floor up. The room is ok for 2 small people with backpacks. 2 older people

Ottima posizione praticamente al centro, Staff molto alla mano, prezzo modesto. L'unica pecca sono le condizioni: piccoli accorgimenti (battiscopa, doccia, porte) da sistemare ma in generale ottimo soggiorno.

Lucca, cité toscane méconnue mais d'intérêt
2 nuits en plein centre de cette cité Toscane magnifique. A noter les remparts qui font plus de 3km et que l'on peut faire à vélo, en footing ou tout simplement en marchant.

très bon bed and breakfast, excellent accueil, très très bien situé au centre de Lucca, nous avions une chambre donnant sur une cour intérieure donc pas beaucoup de bruit. facile d'accès depuis l'arrêt de bus. Literie et chambre confortable. salle de petit déjeuner très agréable et la personne qui nous reçoit est adorable, en plus la salle est à disposition tout le temps si on souhaite prendre dans la journée un café ou manger à une des tables. seul bémol le fait d'avoir la chambre vue sur cour donne peu de lumière et en même temps pour la nuit les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultant et un étage sans ascenseur pour la chambre et un autre étage pour le petit déjeuner donc ne convient pas aux personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher. dans l'ensemble très bon rapport qualité prix

Schönes Haus direkt im Zentrum
Der Check-In verlief direkt problemlos. Wir wurden direkt auf dem Handy kontaktiert und informiert, dass das Zimmer fertig wäre und wir jederzeit ankommen könnten. Bei der Ankunft dann wurde uns gleich ein deutlich größeres und teureres Zimmer gegeben, ohne Aufpreis!!!, da wir einen längeren Aufenthalt hier hatten als üblich. Die meisten Gäste bleiben 1-3 Nächte, wir waren 10 Nächte dort. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar klein, aber sehr sehr fein und es wurde auch immer wieder etwas Neues gebracht, so dass es nie langweilig wurde. Da wir viel mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, brauchten wir in den Zielorten Parkplätze. Die Frau im Hotel hat uns für jedes Ziel einen perfekten Parkplatz rausgesucht und auch kleine Tipps in den Städten gegeben. Überhaupt war die Betreuung perfekt. Fließendes Englisch und man konnte echt nach allem fragen Großes Lob!!

Min kæreste og jeg sov der en nat og hotellet ligger ideelt i centrum af Lucca. Du får virkelig også meget rum for dine penge. Det eneste der mangler er aircondition, men der er faner. Meget venligt personale. Vi kan meget vel anbefale stedet, som i øvrigt har en rigtig fed indretning i rummene og receptionen. Der er også gratis morgenmad og wifi

Très propre et bien décoré, un peu difficile d'accès, car dans un secteur piétonnier , donc stationnement un peu loin, transport de valise pas facile. Accueil très bien, déjeuner très bien et dans le feu de l'action. Avons l'impression de vivre dans cette ville.

Very nice stay. vers friendly and helpful person at the reception. We had a two-room bedroom where thé second one had a TV and sofa that could become a bed. Everything was vers clean, the bathroom too. There is a breakfast room with a lots of choice with possiblity to have a coffee on the middle of the day. The décoration is very original. The situation in Lucca is central.

Aufgrund des upgrades in ein 2-Raum-Zimmer ist dieses B&B natürlich noch einmal viel besser für uns gewesen, aber auch die Grundausstattung hat Charakter und Mara war eine unglaublich freundliche und super bemühte Verwaltering.

Piccolo B&B in centro. Comodo e simpatico.
Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte, ma ci siamo trovate bene. Libertà di movimento con le chiavi in nostro possesso, pulito, stanza piccola ma graziosa. Colazione buona.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix
Situation très centrale dans la ville avec possibilité toutefois de garer la voiture hors les murs sur un parking gratuit. Notre chambre était spatieuse et agréable avec un bon lit; l'accueil de Mara très bon; et la terrasse sur les toits agréable le soir pour prendre un verre. Cappuccino à volonté au petit-déjeuner! 2 bémols cependant: la montée d'escalier peu éclairée et peu entretenue pour accéder au B&B au 2ème étage et une mauvaise odeur provenant des toilettes.
