My room was clean and modern, the bathroom was spacious (huge vanity) and new. Although the bathroom was big the shower was narrow. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the bedding was rough. I also found the air conditioner in the room noisy and disturbed my sleep. My room had a view of the beach but directly in front of the hotel is an old, abandoned looking building which was kinda creepy. The pool was nice but the noise coming from the kitchen made the environment less relaxing. Overall a good value and solidly a 3 star hotel. Don’t come with high expectations and you won’t be disappointed. It is well maintained, clean and newly updated. Location is nice, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Marina de Pietrasanta.

Dear Anonymous thank you for your feedback we are pleased that you have found our tree clean and renewed but the shower and crystal shower box are proportionate to the room (his was a single) the mattresses are all fireproof and orthopedic (the top quality) in reality this kind of mattress is not soft, Air Conditioning was enough to lower the speed ( at maximum speed you can hear the fan but natural) the noises of the kitchen, despite being far from the pool, during lunch time 13.00 14.00 I do not shield that you can hear some noise, but it is 1 hour !!

Close to all nice spots
Had no intention of stopping of staying in this town, but loved Pietrasanta and the location of Suisse was awesome! One block from the beach and 2 min walk from Nicki Beach. Nice hotel.

Peaceful stay at Marina de Pietrasanta
Hotel is positioned in a quiet locale near the main beach. It has a nice swimming pool and service is excellent - fresh pool towels every day. Breakfast is excellent and overall the hotel is more like 3.5* rather than 3*. Get a balcony room if possible!

Hotellet er bra. God service og meget vennlig betjening. Alltid blide og serviceinnstilt. Stranden er fin, men kostbart og ligge der!! Synd at det skal være så dyrt, vi valgte kun å være på stranden 1 dag som følge av det.

Coccole in Versilia
Settimana di puro relax in Versilia. Serviti e riveriti da un personale cordiale ed affabile, il vero punto di forza di questa struttura. Il servizio ristorante è impeccabile: cibo vario, abbondante e di qualità. Camere pulite e funzionali. Il mare è a due passi e la sera è piacevolissima la camminata per il centro, distante soli pochi metri dalla struttura. Consigliatissimo per le famiglie, soprattutto con bambini piccoli. Da ritornarci.

Gentilezza e comfort
Personale gentilissimo e albergo confortevole. Camera ben tenuta con ampio balcone. La colazione ricca e per me che sono intollerante al lattosio è stato preparato un cestino pieno di cose che potessi mangiare in alternativa. Davvero molto gentili, ritorneremo!

Saubere, ruhige Zimmer mit genügend Platz. Pool sehr sauber. Nur eine Straße vom Meer entfernt. In und um der Hotellobby waren genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten um einen Cappuccino oder Drink aus der Bar zu nehmen Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal erwies sich als schwierig, nur ein Angestellter konnte Deutsch. WLAN Empfang in den oberen Stockwerken sehr schlecht (2. Stock fast kein Empfang mehr) Frühstück mäßig gut. Klimaanlage funktionierte aber kühlte nicht sonderlich Im Großen und Ganzen trotzdem ein gutes Hotel

Good hotel, very clean and very good breakfast
The hotel was nice, very clean, at a decent 3 star hotel level. All in all we liked the hotel, the staff tried to do their best and were very friendly. Would be nice of course if they would a little bit more than what is written in the standard requirements for the 3star hotels in Italy - when we asked for a kettle to boil the water for a tea we were told that this is not necessary to have in a 3 star hotel in Italy. But the clients wish should be more important, especially that this doesn't require a huge financial effort.

Haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Marina di Pietrasanta verbracht. Stadt und Strände sind sehr sauber. Menschen überall sehr freundlich.Liegen am Strand sind sehr teuer.Es gibt aber auch einen kostenlosen Strand der auch s.sauber ist.

Preis Leistung ok. Zimmer mit Balkon gegen Aufpreis. ACHTUNG BEI DER ZIMMERVERGABE. Es könnte passieren, dass die Zimmer in der ersten Etage über der Waschküche sich befinden. P.S. Waschmaschinen schleudern 24h.

Danke, Ihrer Meinung nach, leider hat ein Hotel eine Küche, eine Waschküche, ein Restaurant, wo es Leute gibt, die für Ihre Gäste arbeiten, und irgendwo müssen wir arbeiten (nur so und unterirdisch, um Lärm zu vermeiden), außerdem nachts Nur unser Nachtportier arbeitet, der Rest des Personals inklusive der Wäsche ruht sich aus

Härlig semestervecka.
Fint hotell. Härligt rum. AC som funkade. Trevlig bar/restaurang/lounge etc. STOR härlig pool. Fina badrum. Vi var supernöjda. Stannade mest vid den fina poolen. Stranden både DYR och jobbig. Dock lite trist att det inte hade bättre läge typ: Hamn, strandpromenad, gamla stan eller liknande. Då fick man åka 4 km till huvudorten PIETRASANTA som hade just "gamla stan" Stort plus för gratis cyklar. Frukost OK, men lite FÖR mycket italienskt. Bra och BILLIGA restauranger i närheten. Överraskande billigt ?!

Hotel gradevole a due passi dal mare
La vicinanza al mare, sia ai lidi privati che alla spiaggia libera, ha reso la nostra vacanza molto confortevole. Il centro è a due passi ed è pieno di vita. Il paese di Pietrasanta è carinissimo. Il personale è molto cortese e professionale e la colazione è abbondante con varietà sia dolci che salate. La camera e il bagno un pò strettini, non riuscirei a starci più di un week end, ma forse per periodi più lunghi ci sono anche stanze più grandi. Ottima anche la pulizia e la piscina. Unico neo (ma non dell'hotel) i prezzi davvero alti sia per i lidi che per mangiare fuori...Nel complesso è un ottimo hotel e di sicuro ci ritornerei, anche solo per la simpatia dei signori della reception ai quali purtroppo non ho chiesto il nome.

Hotel pulito negli spazi comuni e nelle camere, personale simpatico e molto educato, dotato di piscina e zona solarium, vicino comunque al mare, dotato di ampio parcheggio, colazione varia ed abbondante. Evidenzio la posizione e la cortesia del personale....e lo consiglio sia a coppie che famiglie. Da ritornarci. Il nome (suisse) e' all'altezza del servizio offerto! Bravi!

Das Hotel wird professionell geführt, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Gebäude ist grundrenoviert und auf Niveau eines Neubaues. Zimmer, Service und Reinigung ohne jegliche Mängel. Nur 3 Minuten Weg zum Strand. Der öffentliche kostenfreie Badestrand ist 4 Minuten entfernt. Für italienische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück. Der Ortskern mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist ebenfalls nur 4 Minuten entfernt.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (Nebensaison)
Insgesamt war der Eindruck gut. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Das Zimmer hatte Meerblick und lag im ersten Stock. Etwas Abstand zur Hauptdurchfahrtsstraße beließ den Straßenlärm auf gut erträglichem Niveau. Die Einrichtung war sehr ordentlich und v.a. sauber. Matratze und Kissen waren ebenfalls gut. Das Bad war sehr sauber, allerdings etwas beengt (zwischen Klo und Wand für einen großen Erwachsenen gerade ausreichend). Der Zimmerservice war zuverlässig. Der Zugang zum Meer war wie im Prospekt beschrieben vorhanden. Das kooperierende Strandbad ist als gut zu bewerten (Sauberkeit und Zustand der Strandliegen/des Schirmes). Das Frühstück landestypisch, also kein Vergleich mit deutschen Hotels ähnlicher Kategorie. Die Küche (nur Übernachtung/Frühstück) haben wir nicht genutzt, daher keine Einschätzung. Das Hotel bietet einen ordentlichen Pool nebst Liegen und Handtüchern. Zusätzlich werden einfache Fahrräder vermietet, welche allerdings ziemlich alt bzw. reparaturbedürftig waren. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Urlaubszeit und würden wieder kommen.

Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage
Wir verbrachten 3 Uebernachtungen in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem nur 5 Minuten von einem ganz tollen Strand entfernt (Gratis Strand wenn man alles selber mitbringt oder gegen Bezahlung für Sonnenschirm/-Liegen). Privater geschlossener Parkplatz. Für italienische Verhältnisse gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sauberer Swimmingpool. Möglichkeit im Hotel Velos zu mieten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wird werden sicher wieder dorthin gehen.

hier kann man vom Boden essen
Wir wurden vom äußerst freundlichen Service empfangen und waren vom Zustand des Zimmers sehr angetan. Absolut begeistert waren wir von der Sauberkeit des Badezimmers. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. Angenehm ist dass das Hotel in der zweiten Reihe liegt es ist sehr ruhig dort. Die Außenanlagen sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt das Schwimmbad lud zum sofortigen Hineinspringen ein. Top war auch das üppige Frühstücksbuffet mit leckeren Kaffespezialitäten. Alles in allem ein vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis tolles Hotel. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen .
