Perfect little location
House was perfect for our needs. Daughter was getting married locally and house was located 15 minutes away. Plenty of room for 7 adults and a couple of pups. Every thing was as described. Even got to get some great pictures of the Northern Lights. Thank you again for allowing us to stay.

Beautiful mountain views
This property was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed staying here and visiting area attractions. The only thing we found inaccurate about the posting was the exercise room/gym as in the pictures, I'm guessing it was behind one of the locked doors because other than that it looked exactly like the pictures. I'm not going to deduct any stars for that because that wasn't why we booked it but maybe someone else would want to know that.

Beautiful location, comfortable home
Loved our weekend - everything was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our son enjoyed seeing the cows in the field right across from the front of the house and it was an easy drive into Luray to do activities. Would recommend!

We had a really good time staying here. The house was not swept at all and stank in the kitchen will flys all around. The toilet next to the laundry room was not balanced so every time you sat down the whole bowl would tilt forward and spill water. Other than that we had a good stay

Holiday weekend in the mountians
The house is perfect and as advertised. We loved everything about our stay. Especially the 360 views and proximty to Luray Caverns. The house was better equipped than most VRBO stays as fat as toiletries, towels, paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent and much, much more. We loved the morning sunrise over the mountians and thw sunset out back at the fire pit. Our daughters long term boyfriend proposed over the weekend andnwe have a wedding to plan now. Large kitchen/eating area, large laundry area. The views around the property are stunning and the area felt very safe. We have already recommended the rental to a friend and his family whose in town from texas and wants to take them to the caverns.

River Bend Wedding
The house accommodated our group very well. We however disappointed in the kitchen accessories. We had to purchase more tp & paper towels, no big deal. There was only one baking tray as we were making lots of cookies for the wedding and no ceramic bowels or casserole dishes for use for the oven. The dishwasher needs someone to secure the unit to the counter top as it was constantly tilting forward( very annoying)…. Please don’t think we are just complaining , the house was very clean and spacious and location was perfect for the wedding venue. We would certainly recommend !
