"Great location for wasy access to the beach, clearwater and tampa. House was clean and well stocked. The pool and yard had plenty of room to relax in and enjoy the space. Covered and screened back patio was a nice extra space. The beds were co.fortBle except for 1 king which was horrible, with no center support. Overall, a very nice stay."

The beach items that are there for use are such a nice touch and VERY appreciated, we even left a few toys behind for other families to use too. "We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years. This is my first time writing a review. We were very impressed with the entire experience! The house was updated, very clean. Had plenty of kitchen space, pots and pans and such to cook meals. Location was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend a stay there!"

"The unit is located close to the beach and easy walk to restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked. The washer and dryer were great and the beds comfortable. The couch was well used and could be replaced. The refrigerator although worked as it should was very noisy. Had to turn the TV up a click or two when it was running."

"We really enjoyed our time in Madeira Beach. The location of this rental was perfect. Jon’s Pass and the beach were our favorite. We spent most of our mornings on the pass catching pompano, snook and sea trout and our afternoons sitting on the beach just steps away from the unit. "The property is amazing for either all adults or adults with children. The backyard has a great setup with pickleball court, couches, fans, lights, outdoor projector, grill. The house is super clean with tvs in almost every room. We would go back there in a heartbeat. "

"It was such a great pleasure to have a whole house with fully equipped kitchen,laundry room,back yard, parking and a five minutes walk to the beach, great location and very clean and nicely decorated. "Stayed at Johns pass for 2 nights it was good didn't realize it was that close to the boardwalk so that was nice. Was a little worried about the code entry to the room and the parking garage got the e mail but had to call for the parking code which was my phone # that saved $20/night compared to other hotels. So looking at the picture there are about 10 rooms on that second story above the shops there's prob another 10 being renovated. The parking garage is right behind the rooms so easy access...
