Dear Eva, we are super grateful for your amazing comments and evaluation of our services! Most of our apartments have the keycard locks, and other have the regular keys (same as at home). The thing about these special security keys is that if they get lost it could cost the customer up to 250€ to replace them, that's why we only give the guests one key and always suggest them to leave them at our Front Desk which is open 24h.
