I stayed years ago, excellent conditions and staff. After COVID, the property is divided between two companies and obvious the difference between the two in cleanliness and service. The room was extremely dirty however, the staff made sure the room was up to par. DragonLink shares the building with an obvious level of professionalism and cleanliness. My overall stay was a good stay.

WORST NIGHT EVER
The place is totally disgusting PLUS the unused condom found inside the cabinet, i just forgot to take a photo. Soiled beddings and linens. Clogged toilet. ALL THE WORST Name it, they have it!

Oyo. Water heater not working, and no slippers provided. Asking assistance from their staff was super terrible: took how many times to request, so I have to go down myself multiple times to look for them, and still no solution for defective water heater, and slipper. Response: just buy from 7-11 for the slipper, and the water heater is really defective there because it exploded, no one even checked it during my 2-day stay despite reports.

Hence, upon checking our records, we found out that you were not accommodated by Bel Air Soho Suites. Upon our investigation, we learned that although you chose BEL AIR SOHO SUITES to accommodate you, Expedia booked you into another room which seems to be a collorum renter in the building. Rest assured that we will coordinate with Expedia re this, thank you.

the place was very clean,,,,,,and also no cockroaches,,,,which most several have in Makati,,,,,,there internet didn't work at all,,,they say they would fix but never did,,,,,stayed there 6 days they never cleaned room once,,,,had to take my own trash out,,,,had to ask for clean towels many times...

Stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks, it was a hotel that we already knew and the location was good for where we needed to be. The lady in reception was very helpful and friendly, the security guards were all polite and good. All in all it worked well for us and I would stay there again.

They couldn't find my reservation was after hours, had wait for multiple calls take place. Finally got a room and was very dirty and half things where broke including toilet seat and tv and fridge. So. As a left and went to another hotel and just lost my money on that place!!!!

Hidden Gem In Poblacion, Makati
I needed a place to stay for a few days within Makati and found this hidden gem. For the same price there are better options, but the location is great. While not the most fancy place, you do have a plus of a fridge, stove, and microwave so you can buy and cook your own food during your stay. The only downside is there is no wi-fi, but you can go nextdoor to the Coreon Internet cafe which has net speeds up to 100mbps. This place would be great as a vacation rental or you have business to take care of within the city.

Roaches
Roaches everywhere. If you're ok with that, then the place isn't so bad. It's cheap and it's near the nightlife area. Rooms are dated and sheets are marked. Had to change rooms because the water heater wasn't working. The staff are well meaning but aren't given much in the way of resources.

Not good at all.. Bunch of cockcroaches hanging around from wall to bed. Sliding door from the balcony had no lock which had an access to the 6th floor window. Not really safe. Hope that improves. Faucets from the bathroom had leaks. Too bad..

I had utilized this property several years ago. It was fine as far as I recall. This time was a total fiasco. Myself and another gentleman arriving at about the same time were denied rooms because the day manager failed to remove rooms from inventory and the hotel was fully booked. Staff handled the situation well but only after a protracted delay. They did not show the booking for myself or the other gentleman. We were both accommodated in alternative properties, mine was not the same standard but selection was limited due to my desire not to go to another area of the city.

Firstly they make me waity till after midnight, with no reason at all.Then they send me to another hotel nearby that was much worse, no wifi, and for personal reasons I was so threatened to be in that hotel. I demand a refund as I didnt get what i had booked.

Terrible Bel Air Soho. Pls ban from Expedia
This is a pathetic and terrible place. Is filthy and totally unsafe. There is no proper reception counter, The doors are not secured, The toilet shower is broiken, bed and uphostery smell badly. Aircond is what you see in the 70s. There is only one guy who went round cleaning the entire block and my room was not cleaned even though I pulled out the pillow case for them to changed. There are many strange men and women smoking and loitering around the main entrance of the building all the time. Suggest Expedia take this out from its listing.

the hotel in it self was in a good position.and was clean enough,as i only used it for a place to sleep.however i had a few problems with little things like the cleanliness of their bed linen,or the lack of it.i came back to the room one day to find this awful smell in my room that smelt like dirty shoes,eg,foot odour.upon searching for the source it was the bed linen.i called the maid to come and change the linen,and this was no problem,he even deodourised the room,however it was more than an hour between me calling, 3 times,and them doing anything to help the situation.same day,after finally getting something done there,the air con spat out a load of what i can only discribe as dirt and muck all over my girlfriend and myself,lovely right.and on the last day i was there i ran out of tiolet paper in my room at 7am,i called to have more bought to my room,and by the time i checked out at 12 still no toilet paper had been taken to my room.so i will never be staying here again nor will i recommend this place to anyone

Read the fine print
Over-all; my stay with this hotel is nowhere near comfortable. The facade of the hotel from the outside looks ok and the pictures on the website was not even close when you see it in its actual state. The security was ok, the room safe didnt work in the first time. I had to call the attendant again to fix it but still I wasn't confident enough to leave my personal belongings in it. The bed was rather uncomfortable and the sheets looked like it haven't been changed. The bathroom was average with no proper toiletries as stated on the wensite. There was no hot water in the beginning for which I have to call the reception again for them to fix it. Initially they said, semi warm water is enough and efficient but if you're paying for a service; you expect to get the complete package. The wi-fi service was also inadequate. I have to buy a credit for how much worth but didn't end up using it because the connection seemed to keep on logging-off by itself. So that was another waste of money. The hotel location was also in the seedier part of Makati and pretty unsafe if you dont know your surroundings very well.
