First, I want to say the 7.8 rating on this property is false. Greenhills Elan Hotel Modern deserves 9.7 at a minimum. The property location is excellent, it is truly a 4 minute walk to the famous Greenhills Shopping Center, you don't to drive or catch a ride to explore the area. The room condition and view are excellent and almost at par with the pricey high end hotels. Check-in Check-out process was easy and smooth and hotel personnel are excellent. I just wish that there's a/c in the elevators and hallways and to not allow people who do not appear to be hotel guests hangout at the lobby (I noticed 2 individuals sitting at the lobby for more than 4 hours - I left and came back and the 2 guys were seated at the same place, guests will never sit at the lobby that long). Hot water needs to be improved as well as it was off and on. Nevertheless, my stay was great, loved the room, the view, the quiet ambience and the bed was very comfortable.

second time stayed at Elan, breakfast paid is very good. walking distance to Green Hills shopping center, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. Hoping next time I booked my stay will be in the 5th floor, their updated rooms. one problem when I booked on line it did not show there updated rooms. I have to phone several times directly to Elan receptions desk and was informed that they have newly renovated rooms and then nearing to my stay they cancelled my booking in the 5th floor stating that the renovations was not finished. Its good the room they gave me was new and not old except for the washroom. OVERALL I am pleased with the service. Quick and polite staff. planning to stay at Elan again for my next trip in spite of the back and forth email I got from upper management due to room cancellations. I hope Elan management will upgrade there advertisement in Expedia.ca regarding the rooms and beds not queen but twins.Hoping also that when i am phoning long distance someone will answer the phone. it keeps ringing.

The hotel is centrally located in the famous Greenhills shopping center and convenient dining options within and around the property. The room is true to the word "superior" and it out classes some more expensive hotels I have stayed in. Greenhills Elan Hotel has earned my business and as a frequent traveller to the country, this hotel is now my goto staycation place. Thanks Greenhills Elan Hotel for the superb accommodation and service.

We at Elan Hotel Modern for 4 nights. we were greeted by Ms Dianne the Front reception Lobby Manager. She was par excellent and very courteous, her Staff of Nes, & Jas proved that Dianne was a superb Manager. Our room was looked after by Nikki and Parre and these guys were quite Cute leaving wonderful comical notes to me and my wife. the hotel itself was splendid , neat and clean. mMany of the previous adverse comments seem to have been taken care off... The only adverse point I could think of is the bath tub, It is not a required item rather poses a dangerous item in a slippery place especially for Senior Citizens.

The hotel location is accessible to Greenhills Shopping Ctr. The hotel needs to be renovated. The lobby stinks of food and uninviting. The layout is not pleasing.

Its proximity to everything and the friendliness of the staff is what I am pleased about. What concerned me was the general feeling of the room especially the carpet. Also there was no cable TV, no Netflix. The WIFI was spotty and questionable. The AC unit was loud.

I like its close proximity to the Greenhills mall. Staff is helpful and courteous. Subterranean parking is not free anymore. You have to park at the Greenhills mall and if you stay for more than 2 weeks this really adds up. Elan should provide a spot for parking.

I have been staying here every time I’m in the Philippines. It is very close to the shopping malls and tiangge and all the wonderful restaurants. One thing changed, though, you have to pay for parking in their lot and if you stay for more than 2 weeks it adds up. (Totally disappointing).

Easy access to everything: shops, malls, hospital. Booked this primarily coz we are taking care of someone special in Cardinal Santos Medical Center and we need a place to stay, And turns out we really enjoyed our stay esp my niece. She loved the place. We will surely come again!

Our stay was very pleasant , staff was very polite & friendly , room was very clean & nice , only one thing disappointed me . We complained about the aircon because it was not working well its too hot ! We ask The front desk for somebody to look at it while we are out ! When we came back that late at night we ask again if the aircon was fixed but the lady said she didnt know because it was it am shift that supposed to know . Any way we only have a fan running instead of aircon & no one fix it till we checked out !
