Some suggestions
It was mostly nice but we wished the windows would have better insulation to drown out all the highway and street noise. With many cars and trucks that are loud we had 2 sound machines and ear plugs and still could hear all the outside noise. The room didn’t look like it got vacuumed and I think there should have been bigger trash cans in the rooms.

I would like to commend your room cleaner Jen, who saw my wife and I coming down the hall, and held the elevator for us to get there, was extraordinarily friendly and gracious, and who subsequently found, and reported that I had left my rain jacket hanging in the closet. We were both very impressed with her friendly and helpful attitude, even before she turned my jacket in. You should be so lucky as to have an entire staff as professional, courteous, and friendly as Jen!

Comfortable Stay
Very comfortable stay, had a great dinner at the restaurant right next to the hotel so that was very convenient. There was some room noise, I was woken up around 4am to what sounded like a garbage truck outside, I was on the 2nd floor. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

We came into town for the Shawshank Redemption Run (second year in a row) and stayed with you. LOVE your hotel for the clean, quiet rooms and friendly staff. Your breakfast has wonderful options as well. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable (again!). See you next year!

A little on the grim side—textured walls, popcorn ceiling, views of roof. Friendly staff, convenient, but a tad soul robbing. Oh, no TV signal. I didn't call down to the desk to have that issue resolved, and that's not a deal-breaker, but it contributed to the "meh" impression overall

This was a nice property with food options very close by. Only downside was that the cable for TV was out in our room. When I called the front desk it just rang and rang. The desk clerk may have been checking someone in but you would think they would at least answer and ask you to hold. Other than that, it was clean and the appliances, including heater/AC worked great.

Very disappointed with this hotel. We always stay at Hampton Inns. We loved this one because of the hot tub and pool, mainly the hot tub. Which was not in service. I went to use the tub in the room. 3 pubic hairs, 2 long hairs. I don’t think the bathroom was cleaned prior. Could hear the elevator, and people coming in and out of the hotel at all hours from our room 212. Heard a loud noise come from the closet, the access panel for the shower, just fell off. Asked for a room change, which was denied. Worst part - I wasted $68 in Expedia points, and over $100 in my money. When talking with hotel mgr they let me know if I would have booked with them I would have been refunded. It was literally one issue after another. Very disappointing.

Noisy Hotel and Sleepless nights
I had a good nights rest the first night, then some guests checked in beside me and were loud from 9pm to 11pm every night they were there and I could not get the rest I needed. I complained and the hotel manager asked me if I wanted to move rooms and I asked if they could move those people since I am in a boot on my left foot and it was not going to be easy to pack up and move. The noise got worse the 2nd night then the people finally left. The trash man also came at 6am one morning and it was extremely loud. I had ear plugs and a sound machine and also could hear highway traffic noise. I was in the room farthest from the road but could still hear it.
