Wonderful views in prime Outer Banks location!
Wonderful accommodations (decor, roomy) with spectacular view of harbor and lighthouse BUT elevator to third floor was out of service our entire stay so serious stair climbing.

Perfect location
This unit is the perfect location for visiting in Manteo. It was very well maintained and quiet, being on the third floor corner unit. Had I known that there was a large capacity washer and dryer, I would have saved the packing space and used the units sheets and towels. Would stay again if available.

Property was clean, well appointed, fantastic location in Manteo and views were spectacular! Only drawback was the expectation of all linens and dishes cleaned and put away on top of a cleaning fee . Also it would have been nice to have the use of beach chairs and umbrella during the stay. Overall a nice rental

The property was as close to perfect as I have ever rented. It was clean, attractive and well decorated. We were very comfortable while we were inside and enjoyed the view of the waterfront from the private balcony. Everything was it it’s place on arrival and checkout was easy.

The property owners provided clear instructions on navigating the building and parking. It was very clean and provided a beautiful view of the bay. Everything was within walking distance. It was the perfect place for two long-time best friends to take in a concert at Roanoke! I loved everything about Manteo and cannot say enough about how awesome this condo was. The patio had comfy chairs and table to eat at, and to watch the dolphins in the bay mid-morning. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and to do laundry. Never even turned on the tv’s as there was so much to do/see in Manteo.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was beautiful! The condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed. It was located in a perfect location with quick access to local stores, coffee shop, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a fabulous stay at this lovely, comfortable condo in Manteo. We loved the view and the convenience of the location. Getting over to Nags Head was easy when we wanted to go to the beach or other activities. We would highly recommend.

Perfect place! Very convenient to walk to shops & restaurants. Very quiet! Not many options for breakfast out in town. Not sure if it’s too early in the season or there are no longer breakfast options. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!

Check in was really easy. The unit was spotless and well appointed. Very comfortable. Convenient garage parking for 1 car. There were nice views of the bay and lighted boathouse from the condo. The surrounding neighborhood has that charming seaside look and feel. There were a few shops in the condo building with others within easy walking distance including a coffee shop, tavern, gift shops and so on. It was an easy drive to Nags Head, Wright Brothers Memorial and other areas of OBX - but might be more rigorous in prime summer months due to crowds. Tammy (owner) responded quickly to our emails both before and after our stay. An improvement for us would be to have the option of full linen service - we would have been willing to pay an extra fee. There is a washer/dryer in the unit but we elected to bring our own sheets/towels to avoid spending anytime doing laundry. Another plus would be to have 2 key cards for entry to the building. We traveled with another couples and would have been nice if each had their own access card.

We were here for our son's wedding. It was a perfect location. The two bedroom apartment was updated and very clean. The elevator from the parking garage to the 3rd floor was very convenient. Since we are driving and not on a schedule, doing the laundry (towels and linens) before we left was not a problem. The neighbors were friendly and helpful.

Everything was 100 percent. Only complaint would be that you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get the elevator card. Parking garage and elevator access was great once you got the card.

The condo was nice. Instructions were complete. We were there for a formal event (a wedding.) The only thing missing was hangers for us to hang our wedding attire. We loved our view of the lighthouse from the patio!

Lovely View Condo in the Waterfront of Manteo NC
Great, clean and comfortable condo was perfect for our stay in Manteo. Watched sunrise, sunset & the full moon from the balcony! Gorgeous view of harbor and lighthouse. Convenient to enjoy ice cream, lunch, dinner at restaurants with outdoor patios. Very comfortable bed and all conveniences. We planned an early departure so we took our own sheets and towels. Location was great for local walks and drives to the nearby Aquarium, easy hiking trails, and to the beaches in Nags Head. We'll go back to this condo!!

Love this location. Home was clean and well appointed. It was cold when I was there and I could not get the heat to work but I did not reach out to the owners to inquire about the issue. I just piled on the blankets. I would definitely stay there again!

This is the 4th year staying in Manteo at this condo. Always an easy check-in check-out process. Condo is clean and cozy. The views of the waterfront are spectacular. Will always look to book here first before venturing to alternate properties

Wonderful play to visit!
We love visiting Manteo and this rental is perfect for our little family. So many places are convenient to this property. The view of the lighthouse is fantastic. Right now, construction is going on below the property and so it is something to tolerate but it is only temporary and will make the place even better when it is finished. This is our “go to” place to stay when we want to get away and relax.

Nice condo on the harbor
The condo was cute and clean. It was not as welcoming as other places I have stayed. The instructions to get in were unclear. We had to make the bed when we arrived then wash the linens before we left. There were few extras like soap in the bath. It was nicely furnished with necessities.

My husband and I had a great stay in this well-appointed condo! Perfect location, great views, clean, nicely decorated, quiet (except for the sewage pump replacement going on, but that can’t be helped!). Loved having the Keurig coffee maker! We went to the aquarium, Fort Raleigh and enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again!

The location and the corner unit was very nice. I found the directions to access the unit to obtain the parking access confusing, especially since all the on street parking was full. Also, we brought our own sheets since we needed to leave very early and would not be able to wash, dry and fold all linens as required. But, either way, i had to look at the bare mattress covers and pillows, and they were not as clean looking as I would expect, especially at this price point.

The property was very nice and it is in a great location. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the area and all it has to offer. Some cons, however... please be aware that if you don't bring your own sheets and towels, then you can use the provided sheets/towels but you will need to make the beds when you arrive and wash/dry/fold before you leave. This isn't a process we're accustomed to with vacation rentals and unfortunately just sort of put us off a bit.

Seaside Perfection!
Our family of four recently stayed at the condo for a week. The views from the condo are amazing any time of day or night. The area is quiet and safe. Our boys toured the town each morning with bikes we rented. The condo is in the perfect location for accessing beaches. Nags Head Beach was a 10 minute drive and there was always available parking. The condo itself was spotless and the coastal decor is spot-on. The locals are friendly and welcoming! Thank you so much for a memorable vacation!

We loved the walkability of this Manteo condo for dining and evening walks. The location makes sight seeing easy from Nags Head to Cape Hatteras. We were constantly on the go. I will definitely return in the near future.

40th anniversary celebration
Condo was beautiful and has breathtaking views. We spent most of our time walking thru the town and sitting on the porch. Great places to eat close by. Went to a movie at the oldest theatre in the USA in downtown Manteo. Lots of quaint shops and took a dolphin tour in Wanchese. Highly recommend this jewel of a condo.

Enjoyed the property very much. Great location: within walking distance to great restaurants and boutiques. Great views were somewhat diminished by the construction going on at the waterfront but that couldn't be helped. Condo was clean and well stocked.

Great place
Condo is in a wonderful location for exploring Manteo and the Outer Banks. It is walking distance to all the shops in downtown plus you can walk along the boardwalk and also cross the bridge. We loved being close to OBX but in a quaint town for walking and exploring. The porch was wonderful for morning coffee and dinners in the evening (string lights were a nice added touch!) and the condo is spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. We appreciated being able to park in the garage. While the check out process was clear before we rented, we did find it time consuming to wash, dry and fold the linens and wash and empty the dishwasher before checking out. Renters just need to keep that in mind if they are on a time schedule leaving. We would have liked a few more dishes such as wine glasses (only 2 glass ones) and sharper knives but otherwise kitchen is well stocked. The Hosts were very responsive and gracious. You will not be disappointed if you decide to rent this condo!

Condo was excellent. Very clean and decorated very cute. Location was the best even though we didn't really get to enjoy any of it due to our short stay and plans. Views are amazing. There is construction outside as the town is replacing a sewer system so work days are very loud and start very early, not sure how long that project will last. Would stay again if in area again.

We loved the views from the 3rd floor condo and walking around the quaint town of Manteo. We spent one day at OBX - part of it was at the Wright Brothers Nat'l Museum. Don't miss it! Also a short stop at a public beach access. Back at Roanoke Island, we also enjoyed the unique history of Cartwright Park, US Saving Station, and the Methodist Episcopal Zion Chuch and what's left of the church building.
