Beautifully renovated, mid century modern beach house steps from the ocean with best ocean and Neakhanie mountain views in Manzanita.

Designed to bring a family together as well as provide private spaces. Main floor: great room with cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace with open, new kitchen and half bath; master suite with king bed and heated floors in the master bath. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, bedroom with 2 full size beds & 1 single bed (bunk bed with single trundle bed that pulls out) and hall bath with floor heat; bedrooms all with beach & ocean views. Outdoor hot & cold hose bib which can be used as a shower, fire pit, lawn, patios and deck.

Amazing View, Wonderful Space
We stayed 3 nights with 5 adults (young parents and grandparents), 4 children ages 4-8, and one dog. The house is so comfortable and set up well for large group cooking and gathering. The beach is just across the street, and although it was a rainy few days, we enjoyed playing games, doing puzzles and watching the beach activities with the binoculars. When we were on the beach, it was just a quick dash back to the house when the rain got to be too much! The garage space is a great transition spot for wet and sandy gear and dogs. We loved this house, and will definitely be keeping it on our list of places to stay again.

Great weekend!
Three women and two dogs had a wonderful relaxing time at the beach! The house was beautiful and the warm water on the outside hose to wash off the dogs after a romp on the beach was brilliant! What can you say, the view, the house, the town, it doesn't get any better. Thank you!

The views are even better than listed- of the ocean and the mountain. We lucked out with the weather and had sunshine in March. So wonderful! Such a comfortable home with excellent lighting and lots of seating options. The beach access is directly across the street and the town is a short walk away. I would love to come back!

Can't beat the location of this home and the main living room and primary suite. Views of the ocean, everything you need for a stay. Kitchen is superbly stocked. Ping pong in the garage was very fun and a great addition. Was just absolutely wonderful. Primary bed is very very soft (just foam), but options for firmer beds downstairs. Toys for the beach. Would be awesome to add some foam-top surfboards for use!

The location of this home was ideal with spectacular views. It was well furnished but the master bathroom had only one wash cloth and there were no paper supplies in the kitchen eg. no napkins, saran wrap or foil. Also one of the TV controllers was missing. The outside grounds appeared quite neglected eg many large weeds sprouting through the pavers ( my husband and I pulled up as many as we could) and I deadheaded the dead daisies by the entry so it looked more welcoming for the guests. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the size of the home’s spaces worked well for us. Thank you.

A little bit of heaven
This location was perfect for our family getaway. The house was steps away from a quiet, clean, sandy, dog friendly beach. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. When maintenance was needed to replace smoke alarm batteries they were there within an hour. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Post-Pandemic Get Back to normal Oregon Coast Trip
Great location in Manzanita, on the quieter side of town. Spectacular views of both the ocean and Neakahnie Man and rock arches. The picture-windows covering the west side of the house were almost 200degrees views of ocean/mountain. Fun to people/dog watch. Lots of birds, wild flowers, and the fire pit awesome, whether we were having a fire or not, loved the Adirondack chairs. Ping Pong table so fun, even have a view from garage where table was. Nice to have master suite on main floor, helpful for my 80+yr old parents. Glad they didn't have to go up and down stairs! Only negative, no cable, so we watched British Antique Road show episodes continuously, as we are not smart tv people. Couldn't had a better place to stay on the Oregon Coast, people and dog heaven!
