Marco is great
Nice 2nd floor property is good shape. Property manager is excellent and available. Good view of pool and easy access to beach. Pool is nice and fairly big. The only negative for us was even though beach access was close, the beach is so wide, it can be a hike to actually reach the gulf water.

Awesome View
Our room was in a great location, near elevator, laundry room, stairway. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom, beach. Had a beautiful view of the pool and sunset. Will definitely stay again.

Location Location Location
Marco island is great, the south seas towers are nice and quiet, and this 2nd floor condo is great! 2nd floor is nice! The beach is close, tiger tail is great… it’s a great location. The condo comes with excellent beach amenities, umbrellas, chairs, a beach wagon! On the downside… -the listing says hot tub, and there is no hot tub. -It lacked a pizza pan, cookie sheet, dish towels, and extra blankets -the single ply toilet paper was, well… single ply But all in all, it was great! The property mgr was easily reached and helpful!

This condo was beautiful, excellent condition with great updates. Plenty of bedding,towels,beach towels. Nice beach wagon,chairs,umbrella. We loved the easy access to beautiful Tiger Tail Beach. Would highly recommend this condo.

Family Friendly resort community, great restaurants near by just be aware of the extended walk down the beach to the water's edge. The condo was clean and everything needed for a day at the beach was provided; chairs, cooler, wagon and beach toys!

The room was really clean, except for the dishes. We had to wash all of the bowls before we could eat out of them. They had something hard and crunchy inside everyone. We had to wash the pans before we used them, they were disgusting, caked with grease. The blender looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. It would have been nice to have a baking sheet. The pool is not much fun for kids since they aren't allowed to play. It would be nice to be able to have snacks at the pool. The owners provided plenty of beach chairs, wagon, and boogie board which was much appreciated. The room was very cozy and nice. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

This condo and its location was first rate and everything was as or better than expected . Security provided around the condo was tight but not intrusive. The pool was heated and very well maintained. The beach was close to the condo with about 100 yards and was clean and relatively private. The condo itself was spacious and very user friendly and could be a bit noisy from floors above but surely not the fault of the condo owner. There were a few very nice restaurants in walking distance and can get booked up very quickly. We had very good communication with the owners and will surely be back next year

My husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing week in this well maintained, beautiful condo. The hosts have anticipated your every need from a well equipped kitchen to everything you’ll need to enjoy a day at the beach. We had a great stay at your Condo! the proximity to everything we needed was perfect! the north end is so less populated! We enjoyed going to the "secret" beach many times and walking out for sunsets. The pool was wonderful; facilities very nice at the condo. Very comfortable beds and even the sofa bed was comfy, great TV options. We had no troubles with self check in and enjoyed all the "extras" the owners provided - chairs, towels, beach pails, cart etc. The condo had so many extra touches we really appreciated and everything worked great! loved the "owls" at the corner! It was an unbelievable experience form my kids and the balcony was our cozy place at night to star gaze and enjoy the beach breezes! Laundry facilities right across the hall was very convenient. Thank you so much and we will visit again!

Beach Vacation
Very nice property. Clean and well kept. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, cart and other beach toys/supplies. Awesome beach with shells everywhere. Accurate description of property. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants, grocery store, shops and church. Took the bus ($2 per person per ride) to other parts of the island. Would definitely stay at this property again! Thanks!

Nice place.
A place on Marco Island is hard to find so we were glad to find a place even though it was a very long walk out to the beach. I had envisioned sitting on the deck and enjoying the view but it didn’t really have a view other than the pool. The refrigerator quit working while we were there. Not a big deal since we only ate breakfast in, but the noise it made until it does was pretty loud. We did not like that we were expected to wash the beach towels that we used because there was only a shared laundry room and it was a hassle to figure out how to load cards with money for laundry. Overall it was fine but we won’t stay there again.

First Stay on Marco Island
The beds were comfortable and quality of the sheets made the evenings relaxing. Very clean and maintained. A little dated master bath, but clean and in good condition (except the door knob). There is a storage closet with beach chairs and umbrellas. Very useful for us since we flew in and there are no beach services. Had coolers and the kitchen has everything we needed. Great pool. Pretty good gym for a resort. Inconvenience: 3/4 mile walk to the beach was long. Shared washer and dryer which was not a big deal in the end. The building’s reliance on keys vs access codes.

Relaxing Beach Vacation
This property was perfect for the 4 of us. We spent mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool. Great restaurants nearby for dinners. We loved crossing the lagoon to get to the "secret beach." So many beautiful sea shells and the ocean water was very clear. I would recommend getting and printing out a rental agreement before you arrive because the man at the gate when we arrived June 2 in the evening was super rude and it was hard to initially get into the property itself to park. Rough start to our vacation in being treated that way, but that was the only wrinkle. Everything else was perfect.

Cleanest property I've ever stayed in!
Nothing but good things to say about the condo itself. I've stayed a lot of places in the past, but this was by far the cleanest property I've ever stayed in. We had a little issue with HVAC our first night but the property manager and owner were all over it! They had issue resolved within just a couple of hours. Would definitely stay at this exact same property again & will also be recommending my friends to stay here too.

The building and grounds were very nicely maintained. The landscaping was pretty. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had just about everything we could have asked for. Loved the location, yes, it is a bit of a trek to the beach BUT WHAT A BEACH! We happened to meet the owners, who were very nice, as were the other people in the building. We had a lovely experience.

Wonderful time!
We had an awesome week in Marco and really loved our South Seas condo. The Condo was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. The balcony was so nice with a great view of the pool. The walk to the beach was short and really pretty. Tennis/Pickle Ball was a short walk and great courts! We absolutely recommend this condo and cannot wait to come back!

Let me begin by saying that as it turns out, we were not a fan of Marco Island. The unit is just as pictured. It was lovely, bright, and very comfortable (minus the ants). To get to the actual ocean is quite a walk. It’s at least ¼ mile from the condo and it’s literally on the beach! The beaches in Marco are expansive (very wide)! This location is basically on Tiger Tail Beach. Right out the gate however, is the lagoon surrounded by mangroves so you have to walk either left or right to go around it. “Move in day” felt like a college dorm. Very few restaurants are walkable. Buildings 3 and 4 share a pool and it’s usually fairly crowded. We were on the 2nd floor so our location did not have the best view of the ocean, but honestly not a big deal. We did have sugar ants crawling all over the kitchen counters so that making dinners and storing food were a bit challenging. We contacted Melissa, the realtor handling the unit. She could not get an exterminator in before we left so someone dropped off ant traps. We did have an issue with getting hot water in the kitchen as well. She did get someone to come look at that in a timely manner. That was appreciated. Overall, however, I was disappointed in Melissa and her communication mostly prior to arrival. There were a few issues and questions that I had. She never responded. Very comfortable stay (minus the ants). Master bath in need of updating.

Amazing place!
This condo had everything. Perfect for a place to land when traveling from out of state. Linens were super clean and beds were super comfy. Beach towels and chairs were very much appreciated! Perfect location with lots to do/walk to. Would definitely return!!! Hands down cleanest place we have ever stayed:)

Beautiful but not for children
Beautiful property, well worth the price. We were very happy and had a great time. I have 2 very active boys and a very active nephew, it was very difficult taking them to the pool because there are no pool toys allowed and very strict on rules. I wouldn’t necessary recommend for children, but all in all wonderful, quiet, clean and nice.

Beautiful space and great location
Wonderful property perfect for for our family of 4. Location is spot on, short trip to the pool and short trip to the beach, lagoon, and we realized another “secret beach” . The only reason I wouldn’t give this 5 stars is there was MAJOR construction going on , they are replacing windows so 8:30-5 mon- fri is like living in a construction site, peaceful weekends! 🤞the work will be done soon

Very nice condo
We enjoyed this condo very much. With the exception of the noise from construction, which is temporary, we had a great week at South Seas. The owner was kind enough to give us a discount because of the noise. The condo was immaculate, with everything provided that anyone could want in a beach condo. South Seas and Marco Island are the perfect place to enjoy a vacation. We would definitely go back.
