Clean, comfortable and convenient
You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location than this and the accommodations were perfect for us. It is on the busy main north-south thoroughfare, but everything quieted right down at about 10 PM. Beaches, restaurants, shopping, historical museum, boat park for shelling tour were all within a very short drive or walkable distance, with a good restaurant/bar right next door. We’d definitely stay here again.

Everything is exactly as advertised! Elevator to second floor was very welcome, and all inside was beautifully decorated. We didn't find traffic noise or surroundings noisy at all.

Be prepared for noise
The parking lot & street next to the condo are undergoing some construction. Be prepared for noise while this is going on. The condo itself was nicely decorated and equipped with everything you may need.

Glad you enjoyed how the condo was furnished and decorated. And great news!!! The construction work that Bobbi is referring to wrapped up a week after she left so there is no more noise and the parking lot is now reopened.

We were not aware construction would be happening at 7am. We walked in and every room had ear plugs and we were confused about that but found out at 7 when construction started and workers were downstairs chit chatting all loud.

Clean, great place for a few days
Adequate room for four people but the kitchen is very small. Beds were comfortable. Great having a washer and dryer and an added plus with an elevator for the second level. Parking was an issue since the city was paving the street and we weren’t notified ahead of time. It worked out with no tickets received and it may be resolved now. Overall a great place for a getaway. Restaurants are right next door… unsure of closest beach access as we parked in city lots.

Weekend for my daughter's family
My daughter, husband and 2 children (ages 3 years and 6 months) were visting us for a long weekend. The unit was clean and comfortable. Don't let the building exterior, the torn up street or the construction office on the first floor fool you: the unit itself is great.

Was a nice little condo. Clean. They Ate from pizza place in the shopping strip. Said it Was yummy. I will advise that you buy the insurance. My husband took only one of our children on our vacation- I was at home with the rest because our oldest had tested positive for Covid earlier in the week and we didn’t feel it was appropriate to bring him despite the lack of symptoms. We didn’t purchase the insurance because we had never needed it before until we would have lost the entire amount of the booking by not coming due to Covid. So my husband took one and made a weekend of it visiting family in Marco. Buy the insurance!!

Our cancellation policy is very clear, across all of the properties we manage: there are no refunds less than 30 days from checkin, no exceptions whether it is due to COVID, a family emergency or a fear of traveling. We offer two types of travel insurance or guests are free to buy it from VRBO. We don't care who you buy it from, just that you strongly consider it or accept the risk of losing all of your money if you are unable to travel at the last minute. I am glad your husband and one of your children were able to enjoy themselves and I hope your son has made a full recovery!

Nice hidden jewel!
We rented this property for a getaway weekend and we were pleasantly surprised! The property is actually more beautiful than what you see from the pictures, well maintained with everything you may need, PERFECT location, you are close to everything and just less than a 3-5 min drive from public beaches not to mention that you have a great restaurant right next to the building for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We will definitely rent this property again for longer than a weekend! Nice hidden jewel in the middle of everything!

Great short stay on Marco Island
Great condo. Very well appointed with everything you could need. It was a wonderful place to return to each evening to relax and refresh. The hosts thought of everything including a sound machine to cover any noises (which were minimal) from the busy street. The furnishings and master kingsize bed were very comfortable. While we didn't use them, we loved the beach gear provided for guest use. I would highly recommend this place for those seeking a short stay on the beautiful island of Marco!

Lovely condo, decorated in an island glam decor, loved it! Close to restaurants. We love Marco Island- it’s very quiet and the beach is wide and easy to walk. Great stay!
