This privately owned one-bedroom suite is ideally located within Marco Island's most luxurious all-suite beachfront condo resort. Unit 612 has a west-facing balcony overlooking the pool area with a delightful peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico and is fully equipped and beautifully furnished. Offered exclusively by The Holiday Life Rentals, the suite is maintained to hotel standards of cleanliness and stocked with all the amenities needed for a seamless vacation. Inside the condo, you have a bedroom with a King size bed, dresser and television and a large marble bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The living room has 2 twin size sleeper sofas and another a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to your private balcony with a dining table overlooking the resort's pool area and lushly landscaped garden terrace. The kitchen has a full size oven and range, microwave, mini refrigerator and cabinets filled with dishes, glassware and utensils. Note, the refrigerator is small and does not have a separate freezer or ice-maker. There are ice machines in the hallway that you are welcome to use. AMENITIES: Gym - Pool Area with chaise lounges, heated pool & hot tub - Beach Access Path - Complimentary Valet Parking & Bellhop Services DINING: The resort offers onsite dining options for ultimate convenience and the condo?s well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you choose. Visit the Beachfront Grill for casual lunch near the sand. For dinner, Sal E Pepe provides an elegant beachfront Italian dining experience with excellent food and a lounge area for cocktails and conversation. This property is no longer operated as a full service resort so the following services are NOT available: - Beach chair and towel service. The condo has beach towels and chairs for you to bring down. - Room Service Dining - Daily Housekeeping. If you would like periodic cleaning and laundry service, you may request through The Holiday Life. An additional fee of $100 per cleaning will be due, which includes a change of linens. A change of all linens can be provided for $70. A change of only towels or only bedding is $45.

2024 PROPERTY ENHANCEMENT PROJECTS: Between May 1st and November 1st 2024 the property will be undergoing enhancement projects which include upgrades to the amenity deck and pool area. During this time, there will be work being completed that may result in dust and noise impact, as well as the pool being closed during a portion or all of travel dates.

Perfect for our Short Getaway
This property was perfect for the three night trip we planned to look for a house on Marco Island. My husband and I were comfortable in the bedroom, while our 4 and 6 year old girls were happy with their separate pull-out sofa sleepers. We were a tiny bit cramped, so I would say if you had anyone in a family bigger than what we had, you may be uncomfortable. We knew what we were getting into with a one-bedroom, so there were no surprises! The only confusion/difficulty we had was getting from the parking garage to the room and from the room to the pool and beach. It was kind of a maze, but once we figured it out, we didn't have issues. Also, we were not sure where to post up on the beach, so that was a little frustrating. The beach area in front of the building was completely filled with matching chair and umbrellas that made us feel like we were not really supposed to be there... I asked a lady if she minded if we set up next to her and she didn't mind, but we kind of felt like outcasts in a sea of people in their fancy matching beach setups. We probably should have carried our things down the beach and set up away from them, but we were lugging beach equipment and two small children, so it made it more difficult. All in all, we had a very nice stay. The room was exactly as advertised and as pictured with no surprises. I was very happy to have nice beach towels to use, extra cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, full size dish soap and hand soap, and extra paper towels and toilet paper. That was very thoughtful!
