I got 2 phone calls from an unknown number and no message was left. Friday night I tried to check on my reservation online but was having computer problems and ended up calling the hotel and was told that they had to cancel my reservation due to a plumbing problem. They offered me the phone number to a location an hour away from where I needed to be. I was calling every hotel around and there were only 2 options available on hotel had jacked up the prices for 2 rooms to $448.00 for one night. The other option was $ 120.00 for 2 rooms for one night. We went with the less epensive one. upon check in there I shared my story and said that they did not have plumbing problems they just overbooked and that decided who to let have the room based on if the booking was from a loyalty program and who would generate the most income for them. I was even more upset that this happened and I will never give them my business again. I will also happily share this story with anyone looking for hotel recommendations. This has never happened before and it's a horrible way to do bussiness.

Do NOT stay here! Hotel old and out of date. No elevator to the second floor. Breakfast disappointing! They fraudulently overcharged me $176 and accused me of wetting the bed!

I asked for a room away from the traffic ....didn't get it. I had someone moving in or something at 1 am. Called the desk...no answer. The condition was poor.....but the cleanliness and treatment by staff was terrible. I stay here in the spring and I don't know what happened. I won't be back.

It was nice to have fruit in the breakfast area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The floor in our room didn’t seem to be as clean as it could have been although our room was comfortable.

I did not even stay here. The room smelled of Fish when I opened the door and the room was full of flies. I tried to get a different room but none available. Staff member went back up to room with me and admitted they would not stay there either. We are waiting for a refund.

I opted for this hotel because the next price point at a nearby hotel was $30 more. I thought for just needing a bed, this would be fine. The room had a rank odor that i can't identify. Thankfully my nose grew accustomed to it after about ten minutes. Everything works, but the metal fixtures in the bathroom and bedroom are very rusty. I am certain it is because the room has high humidity and no obvious fan or exhaust in the restroom. All in all, it was safe and quiet. The housekeeping needs to check things over better as there was a liter of milk in the mini frig and plastic bag in the dresser drawer. If you just need a place to sleep, this will do. If you want modern and up to date, you'll need to try elsewhere.

I didn’t feel particularly safe at this property. The presence of tons of work vehicles in the lot and around the property has me on edge the whole time. The wait for service at the largely unattended desk felt really long. The stairwell we were encouraged to use smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The hardware holding the blackout curtains in place was broken and falling away from the window/wall. The shower didn’t drain well at all, and couldn’t be completely switched to the tub faucet. I couldn’t find a handy place to charge my phone that worked. We won’t be staying here again. Line and learn….

I won't be staying here again.
I have never dealt with more unfriendly or unhelpful staff at any of my other hotel stays. I had them walk away when I asked a question. I called to ask for the password for the wifi, and he said it once and hung up. I called twice more with questions and never received a return call. I went to the desk, no one there, I used the phone to call someone. I could hear a phone ringing but no answer. I was told the desk was staffed 24 hours a day. I left and returned several times and saw no one. It appeared that anyone could walk in, do whatever and no one would see. I didn't feel safe here. I would suggest you look elsewhere.

The premise was run down, from the office chairs missing vinyl covers, to the chipped / scratched paint in the room and breakfast area. The cracked ceiling paint. It was apparent the facility and furnishings needs to be updated &/or painted. The staff were friendly though.

This place is extremely dirty the outside trash all over. The rooms were very filthy the place stunk bad. I booked 2 nights we arrived around 9 PM. The next day I had to book a different hotel because it was to dirty for my 2 year old and 1 year old grandchild. I got bit by bed bugs. We had to make this trip due to a family member dying. Very horrible experience.

First of all, if you are trying to save money, don't choose this option! If you are a heavy smoker, this place is for you! This is not a place I would ever bring my family. This place is dirty and heavily worn. I would never stay here again. The good thing was, I found the place quiet, and I was undisturbed.

We had to wait almost 20 minutes for anyone to get to the front desk to check us in. We arrived at a reasonable time. The hallway floors were incredibly dirty. The blankets were stained and the sheets had holes from cigarettes. It was dirty overall and not well maintained.

Don’t waste your money on this place!
When I was heading to my room the whole first floor smelt like cigarettes. As I went up the stairs the staircase was dirty. I was hoping my room didn’t look bad due to the view of the first floor and hallways and entrance. As I opened my door I inspected the room and I saw that the restroom had short hairs looked like pubic hair in the tub. I went to the bedding area the side of the bed had stains . The lamp that was next to the table had stains of some sort . I felt disgusted and disappointed that I spent the amount I did. I should’ve went to the hotel next door Best western they never disappoint. I just thought I should try something new. But don’t waste a dime here!!!
