We greatly appreciated the free Netflix especially since ti rained during part of our stay. The location is ideal for our weekend adventures."

"We had a great stay at this townhouse in Charles Town. We were there to visit Harper’s Ferry which was about a 15 minute drive. The townhouse is new, nicely decorated and comfortable. Check in was easy. Allowing pets with an added fee was a bonus. We did not need to contact the host but did exchange some texts so knew they were available if needed."

"This historic home is full of historical architecture while containing modern updates. The convenient location to Harper’s Ferry and food establishments across the street could not be beat. Those who have an affection for trains will enjoy the day and night rumblings and horns of trains going through the historic downtown area."

The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for us as we were visiting our son in Charles Town but also wanted some time in Shepherdstown. "This is a great property. The house is well equipped, clean and very spacious. So much to do. Beautiful property with lots of good hiking. The weather wasn't great but really didn't impact us. Chris was a great host. He checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. I've rented multiple VRBO properties and this is by far the best one. "We absolutely loved this house. The location was so perfect and overlooks the river. Can be enjoyed in all seasons but the pool will be amazing in the summer. We enjoyed the wineries but struggled to get Ubers around town. All of the wineries and breweries have beautiful views as well. Great for a friends weekend !"
