"This is a wonderful hotel and worth every penny. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and provide an incredible service. The hotel gardens were beautiful. The direct access to the beach was a plus. "Very friendly, dedicated and professional hotel staff. The food was excellent, they offered a variety of different dishes. There are also vegan options like soy milk for your Cappuccino. "The hotel is pretty outstanding visually. It really is like being transported to a tropical paradise.Great views and the size of the room was great. There was a really good pool for our toddler too. Great choice of food at the buffet. I was initially concerned about the price of drinks but they weren't too bad. We did also get water at breakfast and in the room with the Unique package. One of the toddler pools was not working and there were works going on during our stay The music at night from the bands/shows could be pretty loud and hard to sleep at times The British tv channels do not work, apparently this is a bigger problem than the hotel and not a big deal but it would have been good to have been informed about this at check in I was encouraged to check in in advance but I can't see how this saved any time upon arrival as I had to do it all again I'm listing all of these things although minor as these are the things that would make it an all round 5 star experience."
