Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage
Das Haus hält, was es auf den Bildern verspricht, es ist sehr geräuming mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden, in einer anderen Bewertung wurde diese vermisst. Es gibt einen umläufigen Garten, den insbesondere der Hund sehr genossen hat. Das Haus liegt am Rand von Massa Marittima, man schaut in die Landschaft, und es ist sehr ruhig. In nur 15 Minuten ist man unten in der Stadt, in der es eine tolle Auswahl von Restaurants und Geschäften gibt. Die Kommunikation mit den beiden Vermietern war immer ausgesprochen unkompliziert und nett, sie haben auf jede Frage schnell reagiert. Das WLAN ist ausgezeichnet, wir haben von dort gearbeitet und auch diverse Videocalls waren ohne Probleme möglich. Jederzeit wieder!

Disguido iniziale, recuperato immediatamente dalla signora Ariana, casa molto bella, spaziosa, luminosa, posizione comoda, vicino al centro. Completa di tutto il necessario. Suggerimento: utili zanzariere e microonde. Per noi non è stato molto chiaro il check-in. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare le chiavi. Tutto il resto perfetto. Super consigliato.

Großzügigkeit in jeder Form.
Großzügige, sehr schön eingerichtete Villa, sympathische und SEHR hilfsbereite Gastgeber: Wir hatten 50 km entfernt ein plötzliches Problem mit unserem PKW; und dies an einem Samstagabend. Die Gastgeber waren sofort bereit, ihre persönlichen Dinge abzubrechen und zu uns zu eilen. Wir waren sehr froh und erleichtert.

Schöner Urlaub
Tolles Haus in einem supergepflegten Zustand. Alles vorhanden für einen schönen Urlaub. Leider ist die nähere Umgebung nicht ganz so idyllisch, aber man ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt und man ist in 5 Minuten im Supermarkt.

Saubere und gepflegte Stadtvilla am Rand von Massa Marittima in ruhiger Lage
Sehr geräumige, moderne und saubere Stadtvilla mit eigenem Parkplatz und in ruhiger Lage mit einer hohen Hecke rund herum. etwa 5 min zu Fuss zum coop, 10 min zum Conad und 15 min in die herrliche Altstadt. Hier konnte man sich wunderbar erholen. Als erfahrenere Toskana-Reisende (über 15 Jahre) kannten wir die Gegend und das Städtchen Massa Marittima bereits. Einzigstes kleines Manko - besonders wenn das Grundstück an nicht italienische Touristen vermietet wird: die Beschreibung des Objektes bei Fewo passt in einigen kleinen Details nicht ganz zur Realität. Das Objekt hat keine Mikrowelle, die Kaffeemaschine ist nur ein italienischer Espressokocher eine Kochstelle am Gasherd ist fehlerhaft, und TV ist zwar da, jedoch kein Sattransponder für deutsches Satelliten-TV (falls man mal Nachrichten schauen möchte - dank Wlan aber kein Problem mit dem Smartphone. Es gibt kostenloses WLAN - was sehr gut ist für den Urlaub und die Planung der Trips usw. Ein ambitionierter Fotograf, der gern täglich viele Fotos in die Cloud laden wollte, könnte da etwas nörgeln - die gemessene Uploadgeschwindigkeit betrug 2 MBit/s, der Download 25 MBit/s, weicht aber stark von der Beschreibung ab. Normalnutzer werden das pberhaupt nicht bemerken. Nachrichten konnte man ab und an mal einwandfrei per Wlan schauen. Aber das sind solche Dinge, die man im Urlaub sehr gut verschmerzen kann. Man sollte es nur etwas genauer deklarieren. Wer z.B. als Deutscher gern Filterkaffee trinkt (wie wir z.B. zum Frühstück auf der herrlichen Terrasse) sollte sich einen Filterhalter oder eine Filterkaffeemaschine mitbringen. Richtig beschrieben, hätten wir es getan. Wir waren aber fast täglich auch in der Altstadt und haben dann dort Espresso und Cappuccino genossen. Also - nur Kleinigkeiten, die einen gerade am Anfang etwas wunderten, unserer Urlaubsfreude aber keinen Abbruch taten. Die Kommunikation mit der deutschen Vermieterin und dem italienischen Vermieter verlief super. Kleinere Fragen wurden sofort telefonisch beantwortet. Beide Vermieter waren auch einmal kurz da neue Liegen und einen Wasserkocher bringen, nach dem Gas sehen und die Spülmaschine per Reset wieder zum Laufen zu bringen, diese konnte nach dem ersten Befüllen nicht gestartet werden, weil die Software einen Hänger hatte. Aber das sind so Kleinigkeiten, die halt mal vorkommen. Aber wir haben den Urlaub wieder einmal sehr genossen! Tipp: wir holen seit Jahren Olivenöl von der Olificio OL.MA. unterhalb von Montepescali.

Schönes Haus in der Süd-Toskana
Schönes, geräumiges gut eingerichtetes Haus. Die pittoreske Altstadt von Massa ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind freundlichen und hilfsbereit.
