In one of the rooms the TV did not work, on the other room the Coffee maker was broken, the carpet was dirty and the bed sheets were to Old and had stains. On the second night after I complaint, they did make it better but over all I would give it a 5

El hotel estuvo muy limpio y cómodo, la habitación en muy buenas condiciones, muy limpia y la cama excelente para descansar, yo estuve un poco delicada de salud y la verdad descansé bastante bien. En cuanto al personal la verdad que Fred nos recibió muy amable y atento, nos comentó de los beneficios que teníamos al rentar el cuarto y fue muy disponible. Nos recordó que la habitación incluía el desayuno y nos dio el horario, fue bastante servicial y gentil. Una estancia muy agradable, volveremos a hospedarnos en este hotel cuando encontremos habitaciones disponibles ya que es muy popular!!! Gracias por el servicio Volveremos pronto ;)
