"My family and I spent a night here as a stopover on our way to Memphis. The room was clean and comfortable, beds were great. Little to no noise. Breakfast had all that we could ask for. Highlight was the gentleman working who was more than helpful with hints on travel routes and local things to see. "

"Owner was there and was very nice. You get what you pay for. They are upgrading everything as it is dated. My room had new floor installed. The bath fan was loud and dirty and the ac unit was loud and not working ideally. 80s built and never updated but still good enough for the price."

"Staying home sweet home bed abd breakfast was everything i wanted great room fireplace comfortable bed and the food was great. We were able to relax it was quiet and fun rocking in the rockers on the front porch"

"Our son got married in Martin, Tn. We needed a place for us, our youngest son and the grandparents to stay. This house was the perfect set up. We were 15 minutes from the wedding location and about 20 minutes from our son's house (the one getting married) in Union City. I also had a niece coming from Knoxville with two small children the Saturday of the wedding and they were able to come by the house and dress the kids and have a break before wedding festivities. The house was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. It was great that it was so close to any stores that we needed also. The beds were very comfortable, the linens and towels were top notch and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I was afraid with it being in a neighborhood, that it would be noisy but it was very quiet at night. My inlaws thanked us many times for renting this home instead of us having to go to a hotel. They loved being able to relax at the house. The host responded to every question promptly. There were no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to go back for a long weekend."
