The staff were very friendly. I don't like the fact the room had no window I had no kind of view I felt like in a dark place. It was very dangers was very noisy so if you are looking for peace and to have a nice time this is not the place.

They charge you if you bring a guest to your room, which I didn’t know till I checked it. They take a long time to check you in/out and the mini bar you have in your room is overpriced. Nice room and hotel overall apart from that though.

Going to Colombia was one of the most exciting adventures me and my group were ready for we were a total of 10 people all staying at this hotel the experience was horrible the lady in front desk was so unprofessional and rude for no reason, the room will not have air or light if the room key was not put on even though the air never was could there were days they were no hot water to shower and the noise was extremely high you could not even rest but over all the bad things this hotel had I will say the receptionist was the worst we spend a lot money to stay here since we where a group of 10 each having there own room she was so rude and nasty even asking for toilet paper was an issue it was outrageous I will never recommend this place to stay cuz it’s not worth your money at all hope you guys can better customer service, water situation and AC that actually work’s but most important hire employees that are loving, respectful and willing to have positive attitude around the gust that pay for there stay.

I went with two friends and the location was great for us that wanted to party every night and do tour excursions during the day. Any inconvenience we had, the staff would work on it and solve the issue fast.

I liked the property, clean, the price, location but at night is horrible when it comes to noises outside that last until 4-5 am. Even if you are traveling alone, I suggest getting a double bed room and if you are single and plan on meeting someone here make the reservation for 2 people. If not, they will charge you approx $20 when bringing a guest.

Clean place to sleep
I was chaged taxes on my stay due to my dual citizenship and stamp being ony on my colombian passport, later in the day had it returned by administration orders. Then was given a room and after using the jacuzzi, showered and took a nap they asked me to move 1 flight up same layout no jacuzzi which was fine. I only got to eat 1 breakfast due to it being so busy after 20 min waiting i left area seems a bit busy and may be not so safe but I didnt stay long. Noisy

Actually, this time I stayed at Lleras Express, a half block from the Loup Hotel, which I stayed at a few months ago. I liked Lleras Express, as it was much quieter than Hotel Loup. Both are wonderful properties. They are clean, the the staff (especially at Lleras Express) is super friendly and helpful. Very good experience. I would recommend to any travelers.

Location was really loud all day and night. Its a gooid location for someone who love to party. I wouldnt recommend for family or kids. They dont like to fix things. I had know toliet seat. They kept telling me that they were going to get one but never did. I aak for my money back for remaining days but they refused to give it to me. The Internet was out for a week. I will never stay there or recommend them. All they do is lie because they have a no refund policy. STAY AWAY
