Small, new well located hotel
It's a very small, new hotel. The customer service is great, they are always willing to help you, though that's common in Medellin, people are extremely kind. It is also very clean. However it has some flaws they should work on:
- internet doesn't work well, if you need to work with outlook, I recommend you going to a coffee shop.
- there's no desk inside the room, nor wardrobe, so the room is not comfortable to work, and if you're carrying a suit (my case) you have no place to hang it.
- they don't provide shampoo, hair dryer, just soap, bring yours.
- there's no bottle water or any other basic provisions.
In other words, the hotel is more like a good hostel. If you are traveling to Medellin in business trip, I would suggest looking for another place to stay. If you're going for vacation and you wanna stay in a good area, in a clean and inexpensive place, this hote would meet your expectations.
