Sleepy Cat Cabin
This was a beautiful property with just about everything you could need. We are a family of 7 and found the cabin to be large enough to comfortably accommodate us for a week and a half visit. Our host was very communicative! We accidentally left our daughter's hand knit blanket at the cabin, and he reached out the same day to come up with a solution for us. The location is perfect for people who enjoy the outdoors! We are hoping to come again in a different season.

Peaceful with a view
Well appointed bring your suitcase and food, you have everything you need. Gas firepit and cornhole were nice to have. View fantastic maybe a little better with a wrought iron railing to see better when sitting and relaxing on the spacious deck but still awesome. Would stay Again

Lack of words for how awesome it was!
My husband and I along with two other couples stayed 6 nights. The view is to die for, the sound of the stream was heaven. You will not want for anything in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We ate every meal on the extremely spacious deck and really enjoyed the fire pit. Several trails very easy to get to from this location. Communication with owner was awesome too. Highly recommended!

The owner was very responsive! The view from the deck is stunning with the sound of the river, bald eagles calling and hunting for fish, and turkeys gobbling making this location fantastic! At night, the stars and Milky Way are breathtaking! Our stay was so relaxing! We would definitely consider staying again!

Ryan was a delight to work with and super responsive and supportive with any and all questions. I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality and understanding. We had questions prior to arriving and he was there to help us prepare for the stay. We had a family hiccup during our stay and he was wonderful with everything that came up. Awesome house in a beautiful area. Very well equipped, comfortable and we just wished we had stayed our whole time in Colorado there. Close to town and all the White River valley has to offer. Heard elk bugling in am, can hear the river from the porch. Would definitely stay there again!!

What a wonderful property with such gorgeous views of the White River Valley below! Great directions on where the property is located. Close to many activities. We fished in the White River, at the Sleepy Cat Ponds and at Lake Avery. We were there for 5 days, unable to do it all. The Cabin is very spacious and well laid out. We rented this cabin for the weekend while we attended a wedding a few miles down the canyon. The view and porch were our favorite part for sure! We loved our stay and had more supplies than we needed. We would definitely consider staying again if we were back in the area.

Wonderful and relaxing get away!
We were looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway and this property was exactly what we hoped for. Beautiful scenery, wildlife, and a fabulous wrap around porch to listen to the river. The house was incredibly well stocked and very clean. It was just two of us but the house would fit a larger family very comfortably. We would love to go back and definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Stay and Responsive Host
We had an amazing stay! Spending time out on the deck listening to the river and soaking in the views of the valley and wildlife was spectacular! The cabin was well stocked and Ryan was quick to answer all our questions about the area. It's a great location with convenience to Meeker and the many places to explore towards the Flat Tops Wilderness. We hope to make this a place we can return every year!
