The hotel is a little hard to access if you are not familiar with the street layout. Once you become aware of the one way streets and laneways it is easy to access secure parking. The receptionist was very helpful.

Only stayed for one night with my family of four, but we enjoyed having the additional space compared to a standard hotel room. It was very clean, and nicely appointed. The location is just east of the CBD about a 15 minute walk away and only ten minutes to the Royal Botanical Gardens. The surrounding area is questionable with homeless and graffiti just outside the main entrance, however the property has the appropriate security measures in place. The room faced a very noisy road, but was tolerable with earplugs for sleeping. The WiFi was the main issue as it was intermittent at best and very unreliable. Chloe provided excellent customer service. Overall, we had a good stay and recommend it.

The staff were very helpful, I contacted reception through the chat option and any concerns or questions I had them answered with ease. Checking in was easy and the staff were very friendly. Our room was lovely, we had the two bedroom with views. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. I would highly recommend, we will be back.

Easy walking distance to AAMI Stadium, shops and restaurants. Room was clean and tidy but in need of a update. Stafff polite, friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

We had the Penthouse and it was just perfect for our guests and for a breakfast held for the wedding guests who were also staying here. Very reasonably priced

Went to see Cirque Du Soleil at John Cain Arena. The location of 381 Cremorne was a short walk away. So convenient

Great location, easy walking distance to Rod Laver, MCG. Nice quiet rooms. It was a little hard to find due when driving there to no signage & busy road out front. But reception was very helpful. Large underground car park l.

Had a great view of the city. Was quieter than what I thought it would be considering it’s location. Within walking distance of some great eating spots. One thing I don’t like.. it’s been a full week since our overnight stay and the 200$ bond is still pending in my account. We left the apartment in the exact condition we found it so I see no reason for them to hold on to the 200$

FOOTY FANS Amazing property. Walking distance to all amenities. MCG, Coles, BWS, Cafes & Bars on Swan street. On Punt Road, Tram and Buses out the front and Train Station 2 minute walk. Overall great location. Staff kind and helpful, property overall good getting a little tired ......... pillows hard :( but fantastic view and outdoor balcony. Will stay again

Great place and convenient location for events
Easy and pleasant checkin with the team member at the front desk. The apartment was very clean and spacious with all the facilities you would need and more such as a washing machine. Had a small issue with bathroom sink not draining but that got attended to very quickly.

Great location
We stayed for 2 nights, very comfortable room, with everthing you would need. Bed was comfortable and good blinds for sleeping. Lots of restaurants and pubs and bars very close, and very close to the major sporting complexes eg mcg, aami park , rod laver stadium, would deffinatly recomme this hotel. Have already booked booked for out next stay in this area of melbourne

Great location but bad parking. Staff not to helpful. Shower tap was broken so couldn't turn shower on Couch was disgusting & walls were filthy

Good Afternoon, Cathy, I am sorry that you did not find your accommodation up to standard cleanliness is non-negotiable and we try to be diligent with regular cleaning of all soft furnishing. I'm apologies if on this occasion we fell short of the mark. The problems you experienced getting into the car parking were unfortunate, however the road works are beyond our control. I do apologies for the wait at the carpark, Saturday was an extremely busy day, and there was a slightly longer than usual delay in getting you access to the carpark. I do believe that our carparking is a bonus for our location, but I acknowledge at the moment it is very difficult to get into. Cathy I hope you will give us another chance to shine
