Expedia shows this as a hotel but it is a motel. Very out of date and not clean. There is water damage in the rooms. Cobwebs all over. Overall, not recommended.

Good short stay
It was an enjoyable stay except that when I opened the front door to pack the car I had to inhale cigarette smoke from a couple outside the room next to me. I think smokers should be separated from non smokers.

clean , modern bedroom but bathroom req refurb
I stayed for a course I was attending up the road for the weekend. The motel was comfortable and served it’s purpose. Building quite old. The bedroom and kitchenette were modern, but what let it down was the old original bathroom from the 80’s. The room seemed half refurbished, but clean and tidy. Was impressed that it was quiet too, so long as away from highway

Great value for money with decent amenities considering its one of the cheapest hotels in the area. Can get pretty noisy with other guests talking outside the rooms and traffic noise is also present depending on which room you are in. Plenty of parking available right outside the rooms which is handy. Staff were extremely friendly and were quick to help when I ran into an issue at check in. Reception is often unmanned though so you can sometimes be waiting a while for a staff member to attend to you which can make the check in process take a little longer than usual. Check out was super quick with a fast deposit key chute available 24/7. Room service was not available during my stay but there is a drive through coffee shop and kebab van within walking distance in addition to meals available at the pub bistro so this wasn’t too much of an issue.

Our reception hours are from 9.00 am to 5.00pm if not attended please ask for the manager on duty.We do provide room service in our rooms at opened for Lunch (12.00-2.30pm) and dinner service (5.30pm-8.30pm).Again we apologies if any inconvenience caused.

Great stay for what I needed inside the 2 bedroom apartment was clean, there was plenty of room for me and the 3 kids with a little lounge and kitchenette. We dined at the restaurant both nights as very reasonably priced and good food. We will be back 👍

Nice accomodation for someone on a budget. Old and dated but perfectly adequate at a realistic price. The bed was good and the room was very clean. If the price was higher I wouldnt stay so I understand why it has been modernised. Great staff who were very helpful.

Room was great for the price - very neat and tidy, clean and comfortable. Outside is rough and untidy. Car park outside rooms is full of potholes. But if you need somewhere cheap but nice to stay then this is a good choice.

The property is great value for money The bathrooms are dated ,could do with a refurb. One suggestion would be to put better lighting in the bathrooms . When applying makeup ,the lights are to dull.
