Staff was real nice and helpful. My husband forgot his toothbrush and the front desk gave me a new one for free. And the breakfast was healthy and delicious. I would come back again.

They initially gave us a room that was occupied and it was an embarrassing situation. The receptionist didn’t even apologized and check-in process ended up taking us around 40 minutes due to this inconvenient. Other than that, room was clean and the rest of the staff was very nice.

Stayed on the 3rd floor smelled like sewer. Beds need upgrading. A metal ceiling door in the restroom appeared to be part of the A/C was broken, every time the restroom door was opened the metal door would make a loud banging noise.

The bed sheets looked dirty. The front desk did not explain that there is a key to open room door and another key to turn on the lights in the room. I had to ask housekeeping about how to turn on the lights in the room.
