Our stay here was incredible! The service was top tier, the pool and pool bar/staff was fantastic and the restaurant/chef was simply amazing! I will be returning again and again. Bravo Greystone, your service was outstanding!

This was a wonderful place. The staff was absolutely wonderful on my very last day. Our flights did not leave until later in the evening, so we still had access to the beach and still to be able to get access to the beach. We still had access to the hotels pool and the staff was very nice about holding our bags the Hotel was very clean. Nice only complaint that I would have is the water didn’t drain the best in the shower. The door didn’t close really well but other than that it was great.

Hotel Greystone is well maintained and a class act! Nice "welcome" bottle of wine in our room with handwritten note. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Loved the location to beach (chairs & towels included), stores and restaurants. Roof top pool and area were beautiful and nice cozy courtyard to enjoy in the evening. Only downside is room was a little small but loved how eco friendly this hotel is. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! My husband and I stayed for our anniversary at the end of March and loved every minute. Super close to the beach and convenient for lots of restaurants and shopping! The roof top pool was clean and not overcrowded. The bar tender was attentive and super sweet! The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly consistently for our stay. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The house keeping staff did a great job daily keeping our living space fresh 🙂 The noise level at night was not bad at all. I'm a light sleeper and I got great night's sleep every night. I highly recommend and will be back!

A beautiful.property, perfectly located in South Beach. I really dont have anything negative to write. I would have liked for the restauraunt tonhave been open for breakfast but thats about it. A wonderful hotel!

Fernando was so to everyone, and the lobby looked even better than the pictures on here! Staying at a small hotel was much more enjoyable than a huge and crowded one.

Nice art deco building, pretty lobby. however pool area was neglected with construction half finished covered with a tarp. There is a club next door and it was super noisy in the room untill 2 am even on weeknights. Was not up to expectations especially for a « superior » room. No solution was offered by staff since the hotel was fully booked.

Great new hotel. Centrally located. Nice outdoor cafe. Bellboy wasn’t as helpful. But that was fine. If I had to mention a drawback it would the see-through bathroom/shower. There is zero privacy at all. That could be a good thing or a “bad” thing. Enjoy!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Greystone for a solo trip, and it was an absolute gem of an experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a sense of tranquility and elegance. The cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel were impeccable, creating a serene atmosphere that truly allowed me to relax and recharge. While I didn't fully explore all the amenities during my stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the beautiful ambiance that permeated the entire property. The pianist who performed on Friday night was exceptional, the drinks served at the hotel were perfection, complementing the upscale vibe of the establishment. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the hotel's perfect location. Situated in a prime spot, it offered convenient access to various attractions and activities, making it an ideal base for exploration. The only downside was that, well you are in Miami you can expect to hear all the music and fun other guests are having! I was exhausted so it didn’t bother me too much but it was noisy. Overall, my experience at Hotel Greystone exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to return, this time with friends and family to share in the beauty and luxury of this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, wonderful housekeeping. Found the bed to be very comfy. Rooms appeared to be recently updated. Centrally located for easy walkability. We didn't try the restaurant but did use the cafe for grabbing an easy morning breakfast. Valet parking is almost a must use with car. Block from the beach. Great value in Miami Beach.

Photos of rooms and property are misleading. There isn’t a real lobby, most of the bottom floor is the restaurant. The rooms aren’t like pictured. Concrete floors and a very motel like property on the bottom floor. Everything is out on in the open. Will never be returning. Not a good value at all for the price. If I could’ve cancelled my reservation that night and found another hotel I would have.
