Very nice hotel with a lovely swimming pool

Pros: The comfortable room and the swimming pool.
Cons: Provide up-to-date restaruant menus in the rooms. Provide a kettle rather than a coffee maker.
Location: Very close to public transport links with easy access to many places of interest within Miami.
I stayed at the Conrad for four nights, business then leisure, and would be happy to go back. The staff were invariably very helpful and courteous. My room was spacious, very comfortable, well equipped with TV, clock radio and numerous powerpoints, and immaculately clean. One of the bedside lamps was however broken and not repaired during my stay, even after being reported. The coffee maker was a little complicated, although fine after reading the instructions; but for me a simple kettle - and the possibility of tea - would definitely have been preferable. There was a good selection of minibar snacks and drinks available, expensive of course, but still good to have. The restaurant menu in the information folder was out of date. Evening meals in the restaurant were very good. The main inconvenience in the hotel is the layout, which means having to go up to the 25th floor and then down again to the rooms, using two separate lifts. The swimming pool is also on the roof of a separate, adjacent building, so accessing it means going downstairs (two lifts), crossing the hotel access road and then going up to the 12th floor a in the second building..... But the pool itself is large and generally excellent, the water is warm and it is attractively surrounded by palm trees, plants and loungers. And the hot tub is really hot and a wonderful way to end a day! There's also a good gym and tennis court. Trolley, bus and transit (Metromover) services are all very close by

Hotel não corresponde com suas 4 estrelas

Parece um hotel de 2 estrelas, pagamos caro para ter conforto e encontramos : quarto empoeirado, chuveiro sem pressão, em conta gotas, sanitário quebrada a descarga, carpete do quarto imundo, Qdo fomos reclamar disseram q o quarto reservado pelo Expedia era assim, absurdo!!!!! Café da manhã, atendimento péssimo, todos os dias faltava algo, exemplo: mel, nunca tinha, tivemos q pedir P 4 pessoas diferentes p conseguir 1 mel, até o days Inn deve ter mel a vontade, além do atendimento do café, não passava garçons p atender. Enfim, já que custa caro, recomendo ficar em outro hotel 4 estrelas, que realmente honre suas estrelas.

Hotel downtown Miami

Pros: Clean, staff was very nice friendly and helpful in every aspect of my stay.
Cons: Pillows are horrible, too soft and lumpy, shower leaked out onto the floor.
Hotel was nice, clean staff friendly and efficient but everything there is very pricey including Atrio, surrounding restaurants, breakfast buffet, valet parking etc, all much higher than you may be used to.

As a Hilton diamond member and regular at this hotel (more than 10 stays); the decline in services at this property is stark. Room service errors 100% of the time (4 orders) over 3-days OR Physically searching for waiting staff to order/settle a bill at Atrio restaurant (twice); unsurprisingly gratuity is always included.
