The host did provide a night's refund as ac didn't work when we arrived. Which was appreciated. But there is no ability to get extra towels or toilet paper. Booking add was confusing showed washer and dryer. Parking is a scam. 30$ a day for parking but they don't Register a license plate. No baking sheet in kitchen. No fresh sponge for washing dishes it was an old used one.

Thank you for your review, we are vacation rentals not a hotel therefore we do not supply guests on a daily basis with supplies like toilet paper, coffee, etc, there is a fee for towel / linen exchange and all those information are set to you via Expedia messaging system. Parking garage is related to elevator key and only guests have access to parking garage. on the communication messages was also informed to send to us your car license place which you did not sent to us . messages are sent to be read. best regards

Communication from the property management was terrible. They told me that they emailed me, which they did not. Said I was the only person ever to not receive an email. I was only given an address, not the name of the hotel. I was given incomplete info for the room code. I was told there was no check in desk and when I could not find the property, I was finally given the name of the hotel and told to go to the check in desk. This was only after I yelled at the person on the phone, who was very unhelpful. Saving grace was the hotel staff was very helpful and the pool area had a great view. I would never use I Coconut Grove Vacation rentals again

communication was perfect , all info was sent from the day of booking , day before arrival with full address, property name and door code was correct you just forgot to add #, and yes , was reported to expedia because you were yelling and screaming over the info and email that you did not read and all information was competed immediately. next time i suggest you to check messaging system on expedia app to avoid issues that was not created by vacation rentals (we are not hotel). regards

We had a great stay, with nice views, close by coffee shops and eateries. The pool, fitness center, and parking were pluses also.

My door was wide open when I went to the room after checkin. Gym was locked at 6:30 and told it wasn’t open till 10. Hot water also not working in shower and went ice cold half way thru in 5 min of showering. Also got messages for other customers door code during stay. Not the best experience.

Coconut Grove has great restaurants and easy access to the marina. Not a far drive (but definitely a drive or Uber) to Coral Gables / UMiami. The woman who was the property manager was responsive, helpful with on-site parking arrangements. Solid pool and parking facility.

It was a very comfortable studio apartment that was extremely clean. I would stay again, although the apartment was noisy when the wind blew- a new experience, as we were on the 11th floor.

police was called because you refuse to leave unit at 11am and refuse to lave until 1pm harassing staff and calling them with bad names and using vulgar language. and as well you were reported to Expedia because of that. The problem was created by you and your behavior.

The property and unit was great. The host provided me a bottle of champagne in my apartment upon checking into the room. The host also provided a $30 gift card to Green Street Cafe. The only complaint I have is that my hot water in the shower didn’t get very hot. Had to take lukewarm showers. Other than that, the place and the experience was first rate. I will return for sure.

Great location and phenomenal service. We had a question and the host responded immediately and not only took care of our question, but also gave us a gift for our “trouble.” Highly recommend Coconut Grove and this host. We look forward to returning.

The area of this rental is quiet and less busy which’s we liked. It was clean and well organized. The paid parking is convenient. They even provided an $30 gift card to Green Street restaurant which was really nice. Overall a great stay!

We had a great stay. (We stayed for 6 days). The host was very responsive and the front desk was super nice. Room was more than enough space for two people and was super clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Great room, great amenities, amazing location, but long and terrible check in service and inconveniences at the property. Check in was horrible. You need a key card AND a passcode. Issues with both. We arrived exhausted at the hotel after 24 hour flight from SE Asia and the front desk service was apathetic and careless. Told us to wait while they print our room keys and we sat in the empty lobby for 20-30 minutes with luggage. Went to the counter and she said oops I forgot to print the cards. Then prints them instantly. She was chatting with friends the entire time and playing on her phone. Expedia failed to deliver the message that contained the code to the door, but all other messages went through. Stuck outside our room and I spend 30 minutes looking for the message with the code. We end up texting the property host. No response. Then call the property host - no answer. Go all the way back to the lobby and the front desk said they had the code all along, but “oops” forgot to give it to us. Empty lobby. The door lock is not responsive and it takes several tries of entering the code and using the card. Mind you we haven’t slept in 24 hours from international travel. Host finally texts us the next day, but was defensive and robotic and unwelcoming despite polite text messages to them. There was no “sorry I was unreachable last night” Hotel restaurant was closed for some reason. Laundry machines in the hotel are broken and eat your money.

hi Vincent, thank you for your message, all messages with check in instruction was sent to you 24 hours prior check in via Expedia messaging system, and after midnight it is hard to response the phone, and that was the reason why we sent check in instruction 24 hrs before. apologize that front desk was slow with check ins and made a mistake. Gift card was left in the room for Greenstreet Cafe which is our restaurant and it is open not closed, Hotel restaurant is not open and you were informed via expedia messaging system about that .Best regards
