Even though they are remodeling the lobby. Everything was labeled from parking lot to lobby. They are doing a wonderful job.

Construction workers were everywhere!! Very noisy. Room was clean, however tv didn’t work and ac unit was making the loudest rattling sound all day long

Location is perfect and staff very friendly. The breakfast was the same each day of the week. Eggs could have been different. Also the house keeping upon request sounds like lack of staff. I would return again. Thanks for your service.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was great as well. My only issue is that the wifi was constantly dropping from my room. I had to go to the lobby to get a decent connection.

The WiFi was horrible. As an international traveler I needed wifi and it wasn’t ability on the 4th fourth floor. Two different agents and two different reason for the poor or lack of internet connectivity.

Would definitely stay here again. The elevator was very slow and breakfast area crowded but there are so many options close by. Very convenient location close to Dolphin Mall and international Mall.

Not what I would consider an airport hotel. No shuttle service from airport. $40 taxi cost.

They did not provide room upkeep. I stayed two nights and had to ask for toilet paper and they said I could go up front and pick it up.

The only bad thing we encountered in our stay was the parking, not much parking options had to park on the street a couple nights. Other than that would recommend everyone to stay here as is convenient and has a plaza with food options.
