This hotel is full of mold. Dirty is not even a word to describe it. Beyond filthy. The carpets from the ground floor up is dirty and have a stench, the rooms are unkept very dirty. The first night a piece of glass got stuck in my feet from the bathroom floor. Seem a glass had broke and they didn’t do a proper clean. The receptionists well not all, the ones check me in was great. The others have a very stink attitude. I have videos that I can upload on how the place is and all that happen when I was there. It’s all a scam I would not even recommend my worst enemy to stay with them.

The property is seriously in need of renovation. It wasn’t totally dirty but we didn’t feel that it was being well maintained. The furnishings need to be refreshed-including flooring and painting, etc.

Building is run down. Smelled and you needed to request room cleaning. Continental breakfest is very limited. Seemed like more of a halfway house for immigrants than a regular hotel. I swear I had the same pillows as I did when I stayed there 15 years ago. overall a dump.

It's quiet, comfortable beds, convenient location, there is a commercial mall across the street with a number of options to eat, diner, and also a supermarket. Very friendly staff and always willing to assist you. There is a coffee bar with coffee available for free 24/7 and the rooms also have a coffee maker.

My family and I were staying in a 1 bedroom suite for the weekend after coming from Orlando for the week. We always stay at Laquinta when traveling along the east coast.
Let me start my saying the front desk staff is saving this review. Our room was meh(323). It seems as though it needed to be cleaned more (glad we brought supplies) and needed some TLC as well as the entire hotel. We were on the third floor and the elevator went down Friday night. When we arrived there were contractors (from some other company) fighting in the parking lot. As noted the staff was good. But the room and facility itself is not in comparison to other locations we have stayed at.

When you walked up to the property there was caution tape outside of the property….. the main door to the lobby one side of the door was completely broken so you could only go into the lobby through the right door … there was a smell of mold and damp water when you entered the hotel. The elevator was broken our entire stay The first room they gave us had a Pubic hair on the toilet . so we asked for another room then they gave us a room on the second floor but had to use the stairs because of the broken elevator. When we opened the refrigerator in that room there was red sauce still splattered in the refrigerator
It was spring break so we had limited options for another hotel so we stuck it out there but it was not a good experience and definitely will not be returning. The side door that you’re supposed to be able to scan to use the stairs was also broken.

My wife is in a wheel chair. The elevator is broken. I have 2 kids with me. I had to haul all are luggage, up the stairs and my wife. No one offered to help me. I did it all by myself. The folks smoking weed in the stairwell made is especially interesting for my children. Festival in town. Paid way too much. This stay was worth 30$ not what I paid. Very unsatisfied. I will stay away from La Quinta from now on.

My 3 nights spend at this hotel was horrible,I was giving room that was smelling,my 3year old was like mommy my feet is wet,i was like why is your feet wet, I took off my shoes and step on the carpet the entire carpet was soaking wet with water
I was given another room on the 4th floor the elevator wasn't not working,I had to log all my luggage to the 4th by myself along with my 3 year daughter.

Elevators didn’t work, having to walk up four set of stairs while having a pregnancy wife and toddler was very stressful. Bathroom was extremely dirty. We called the front desk to get another hour for check out housekeeping didn’t speak English and keep knocking on door embarrassing me, felt like they should have called the front desk or something.

Front desk would not extend check-out for 1 hr, unheard of.
Elevators do not work properly. No lighting in parling lot, makes gurdt feel unsafe.

The property smelled bad everywhere specifically the carpet. Definitely not worth the nightly rates we paid.

I like the convenience of the shopping mall next to the hotel, getting around was also easy. The staff was very helpful and kind. The place was clean
