Lovely stay
Lovely stay. Nice location with easy access to a tram station and the city centre. Although the room was a bit small, the staff was nice and supportive. Breakfast especially coffee was good.

Noisy and not a good location for sightseeing
The hotel was clean and service was decent. But location isnt good. Too far from main Milan attractions and the train station. More of a residential or professional area. The hotel has very thin walls. Very very very noisy. You can hear everything from outside and everything your neighbor does or say. If you have quiet or no neighbors and the locals are quiet then you'll be fine. But locals were noisy some nights and our neighbors talked a lot.

Met my needs perfectly
Small room but functional, tiny bathroom but spotlessly clean. Perfect location, friendly, helpful staff. Disappointing breakfast for my low carb lifestyle - great coffee! Good wi-fi on the top floor. I was excited about having a bar fridge but it was not cold enough to hold perishables.

Nice walk to the Duomo.
The hotel was fine and was within an easy 20-25 minute walk to Duomo. The neighborhood id full of shops and restaurants. It isn't luxurious accommodation, but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom recently refurbished. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and there is someone at the front desk making coffee to order. I was on the third floor, and there is no elevator, which could be a problem for some people.

checked out and landlady would not allow me to use any toilet. Staff does not speak English. Great internet connection. Good location 15 mins walk to town.. The hotel is just alright but it co do better with a bit more investment and less rude people as staff..

I recently stayed at Hotel Dover, it actually was a nice private room that could sleep 3. The front desk help was very nice & helpful especially when it came to transportation accommodation . Even though it was a small bathroom it was clean but some of the fixtures were old. The showers are in your room so that was convenient an breakfast was a traditional bread pastry, cereal, fruit with coffee, tea or Oj. Good location for the price but It can feel quite a distance away from the train station if you have a lot of luggage or heavy bags we took a taxi. I found there is no need to spend a lot on a room you'll only be there to sleep an shower. I'd stay there again. Wifi worked good in my room.

The biggest issue was the paper think walls u can literally hear whispers in the lobby,people outside our window talking next to busy restaurant that's loud hard time getting a/c to work

difficulty in getting their act together
The staff at the hotel were very considerate but seemed unaware of short term stay needs of guests. I think this is a residential hotel that was converted to a short stay hotel. I would not recommend it if you are planning on staying for 2-3 days, possibly if you were staying for a month it might work. There was no internet as advertised.

To begin with the photograph bears no resemblance at all to the hotel. There was no wifi as listed, room sometimes not cleaned and the staff just not equipped to run a hotel. One of the worst hotel experiences ever.

Best value hotel we could find in Milan. The hotel is older but the rooms are satisfactory and the air conditioning works well. Good place for a night or two. No elevator but ok to carry bags up if you are in shape. The tram is close by and the metro is about a 10 minute walk. The Duomo and shopping area is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. No ivy on the outside so picture should be updated.

Nice caring hotel
Clean rooms fit for purpose, no wifi, breakfast a little weak with just croissants and yoghurts on offer although the freshly made coffee was nice!

The hotel is basic, but has everything you need. It is not far from the city centre, just 20min walking or 5 min by tram. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I found the bathroom very small and the smell of smoke at first day in the room was very bad, we has to leave room windows open for few hours to aliviate it. Another drawnback was non wifi at the hotel.

エレベーター無しが問題なければお勧めのホテル
チェックイン前に荷物を預けに行った時も快く預かってくれたり、朝食時間も融通を利かせてくれたりサービスは気持ちのいいものでした。 エレベーターがないことが不便ですが、この価格だから仕方ないですね。

Nos sentimos bem acolhidos
Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo proprietário, pelos recepcionistas e pela senhora da limpeza, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Chegamos na hora do almoço e mesmo assim nos ofereceram café da manhã, no check out saimos na madrugada e o recepcionista nos perguntou se não queríamos levar algo para comer, ja que ainda não era hora de servir o café da manhã.

Bastante bien, lo recomiendo
Buena localización. Tiene lo justo para descansar mientras haces turismo. El Buffet no es gran cosa, pero en general el hotel está bastante bien. Lo recomiendo si vas con tu pareja de turismo, ya que a 20 min te plantas en el centro.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einziger Nachteil war, dass unser Zimmer in der Nähe der Rezeption war, es wurde oft direkt vor unserem Zimmer laut Diskutiert...... mühsam, da die Zimmertüre sehr dünn war glaubte mann oft die Leute wären bei uns im Zimmer....

A big minus was the severe lack of English skills among the staff. Only one of them spoke any english. Another weakness of the hotel was noise. The staff (especially the cleaning lady) was talking so loudly on the reseption that it disturbed us in our room and overall there was very little peace and quiet. The room was dark and there was dust and dirt. A plus in this hotel was the good location and the kindness of the most of the staff.

Je recommande vivement l'hotel. Service impeccable
Hôtel placé dans une rue calme. Hôte très sympathique et serviable, a porté ma grosse valise au 2e étage. Propre, fonctionnel, climatisation hypra utile en été. Petit frigo très pratique, super service. Bon petit déjeuner avec les bonnes viennoiseries à l'italienne. Pour les appartements avec la vue sur la ville, ne vous attendez pas à une vue plongeante panoramique. Il s'agit de la vue de la rue qui est sympatique. 2 grands supermarchés à proximité.

Atendimento Impecável
Hotel simples, mas com cama confortável. Localização é excelente. Local muito familiar, sempre tem hóspedes sentados na recepção conversando e esperando o tempo passar. Eu e meu namorado fomos muito bem recebidos pelos recepcionistas, mas meu carinho dica em especial ao José que nos deu várias dicas sobre todo o nosso roteiro de viagem pela Itália, passamos horas conversando com ele enquanto tomávamos um vinho delicioso. Ao Nino, deixo um grande abraço, foi um gentrame nos ajudando a conhecer a linda Milão! Todos os dois falam português do Brasil o que nos ajudou muuuito. Recomendo o hotel e voltaria com certeza.

2月の宿泊です。安さ重視で選びました。値段相応のサービスを提供されたように感じます（悪い意味で）。 まず、接客についてですが、これはかなり不満が残りました。 具体的には、フロントの老年女性が英語を話してくれず苦労しました。他の方には英語で話していたようなので、勘違いでしたら大変恐縮ですが、東洋人に対しては冷たい対応を取っているように感じてしまいました。（他方、男性のフロントの方は英語は話せますし、接客もまともでした。）この女性従業員はルームキーを渡しただけで部屋の説明など一切しませんでした。驚きです笑 朝食については納得のいく内容です。私の場合、大きめのチョコクロワッサン、フルーツ系のジュース、柑橘類、コーヒーまたはカプチーノでした。味はさておきボリュームはあると感じました。 部屋の設備についても不満がありました。 まず、エアコンが使えないのはいかがなものかと思います。エアコンは設置されていましたが、リモコンがありませんでした。。結局、部屋の隅にある旧式の暖房器具で暖をとる羽目に。部屋全体を暖めるのに数時間を要しました。 あとは、防音が全くできてません。隣の部屋の話し声など丸聞こえです。もちろんテレビの音まで聞こえてきます。 アクセスについては、路面電車を利用するなら良いと思います。最寄りから5分ほどです。ただ、私は地下鉄を利用したので最寄りから徒歩30分はかかりました。。このホテルは観光地から離れた場所にあるので、立地は良くないかと思われます。 以上を総合すると、この宿は残念ながらおすすめできないと言わざるをえません。。ミラノではこのレベルのサービスが一般的なのでしょうかね。。まさかそんなことはないと願いますが。

Kleine Pension Nähe des Uentrums, im ruhigen Wohngebiet mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Läden. 24-h-Rezeption. Praktisch und freundlicher Service, dünne Wände zwischen den Zimmern. Wir hatten aber ruhige Nachbarn, dann funktioniert 's bestens.
