Was fine. Not that much around the hotel and the hotel is out of the way, 30 minute walk from central station. On our last night we saw a lot of ants in one of our bathrooms so they eventually moved us from that one room to 2 smaller connecting rooms. Sercixe vadies depending on who we talked to but would likely stay there again.

We booked a room for 4 and althougg we got two double beds, I think it's quite small for 4 people. We struggled trying to get our in and out of our luggage because of the space. Nonetheless, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. :)

It was a good stay overall. I found it a bit odd that there was no ironbox provided in the room (but maybe it's not common in Italy/Europe).

I wish i could have checked in a different hotel. I was expecting 2 queen bed and ended up with 2 twin beds put together to make it a 1 king bed. So disappointed after a long flight..the room is kind of humid so i opened the window not realizing there's no window screen and bugs and mosquito came in and had the maintenance person responded with their version of bugs spray. Be careful of the taxi drivers although most of them are pretty honest but an old driver gave us an unsolicited tour for 30 minutes which normally would only take 10..he probably didn't realized that im watching the google map while he's driving. I thank him for that through my translation app on my phone. I hope karma gets him. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet as advertised but it closes after breakfast..the place is not a walking distance to any tourist attractions unlike what some other review says. Staffs were helpful enough.

Generally the staff and hotel are good. Room has a bar food menu but told they don’t do food when I ordered. Not many places close by to eat. In the evening there were 3 reception staff stood around chatting but not one could serve me a drink from the bar attached to reception. They had to call a girl away from another part of the hotel. When I came to check out at 10:45am - no one on reception. When he did arrive he immediately answered the phone and dismissed me as I had nothing to pay. Not a “did you enjoy your stay?” or anything. I think he was the manager which you’d expect better from. It is a budget hotel on the outskirts of Milan though. Breakfast was good and most staff friendly.

The hotel was great location bad.
The room the hotel was all great and I get it it’s very cheap. However the location was just terrible. Not worth it. I mainly stayed here because of my family, but the location is really bad. I would never stay here again.

An Adequate Hotel For A Short Stay
We have no major complaints but the hotel also won't wow you. The premises are nice. We enjoyed coffee in the courtyard, and found the staff to be friendly. However, the AC didn't work. We had a bit of an ant problem in our room. And the hotel isn't near any important sites in Milan nor good shopping or dining. We only stayed one night, and we slept fine, but if we stay in Milan again, we may look tor a more impressive hotel.

Great city, bad air conditioner!
The space on the room was little for the number of guests. The air conditioner was broken so it was very hot, but the people at front desk and restaurant was very nice!

There is no air condition at night. If you like your room to be cold please don’t go there. There was a big water bust right in front on my room and in my hallway and no body did anything.

The room I stated was small, there was carpet and it was not very clean. The rest of the room was clean and the cleaning lady was doing an impeccable job every day. The staff was going above and beyond. The only complaint is about the overall condition of the hotel that was more a 3-star hotel than a 4-star.

Location is Ok. Near a bus stop 81 which go to Milano central train station and from there also you can take metro to other places or if you are traveling with train that is a plus. Also there is big supermarket nearby.But the hotel is next to a children playing which was kind of noisy from our room. Also there is train tracks next to hotel which you can hear the train goes by.

Don’t pay more than $45
Don’t book! And if you do don’t pay more than 45$ per night. This is nothing more than a 2.5 star hotel. Plays out as being better than it is ( great photos) 1, far from everything 2, rooms are outdated and dirty 3, tried getting some food got microwaved pizza 4, bad service at front desk 5, I travel 6 months of the year. I book online usually a few hours before I go to the hotel. Looked good for $85 discounted from 220$ Sounds like a deal. Once I got there. I realized I got doped.

Breakfast was amazing there was ton of variety the front desk was super helpful they even gave me bandaid when I asked for it. The size of the room was a lil small for 4 but for the price it worked out great.
