Not bad, could be better.

This hotel is not exactly central to Milan, to get into the CBD you need to walk 10 mins to the bus stop, then get off the bus on the fifth stop, then walk to the train station and get off at the fifth stop to get to Piazza Duomo. The hotel is ok, was not impressed with the rooms, the bed was really uncomfortable and gave me a sore back and there was the smell of cigarette leaking into our room from the ventilation system.

Traveling while staying at many hotels makes your judgement of hotels very different from the norm. That being said i have to judge this hotel far from a 4 start but they try hard to accomplish this. While the amenities are limiting they try very hard to euro pinch you. A three star hotel will at least provide coffee in each room free of charge. This hotel requires you to travel to the lobby to get an espresso in which will cost you. To use the wifi here they charge on a per day basis. This is a little expensive since 3 star hotels provide this for free. Also there is an additional TOURIST fee imposed per day. Not sure if this is citywide or countrywide but seems like a bit of a ripoff as i am already coming here to spend money. This is what they will charge you per person per day. The rooms are clean and manageable but a bit depressing to stay in if you wanted to. The selection of TV channels is very limiting and they do not provide a guest ledger as every other hotel would. You have to read it in the elevator on the way to your room. The hotel is not conveniently located anywhere that is possible to access from Central Metro. Its about a 15-20 mins walk or a 5-10 min cab ride. They do provide a private car service that is a fixed cost from the hotel to central metro. So my overall assessment is if you find this hotel at a competitive rate then stay here otherwise there are better places to stay that are closer to all the attractions that you would like to see.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It was a disappointing stay. Rude staff. Fridge and TV not working. Walls dirty. Lampshade broken. You would never expect this from a 4 star hotel. We booked via Hotels.com.

I gave rating 4 only because the location is not friendly for people with only two legs, no car. It's 25-30minute walking distance from Milano central station, there's a bus# 81 between them, runs every 10 minute. Except this, the price through hotels.com was so cheap, breakfast was good, clean room. Wireless internet is not free, $7 euro which was quite expensive. If you have RJ45 network port at your laptop, it might be free, but check with reception.
