Awful hotel, dishonest hotel owner
An old, run-down hotel with tiny rooms, even tinier bathrooms and on a very busy road. On arrival, we were greeted by the snoring male owner at reception! We then got a lecture from the female hotel owner on everything from accessing the hotel to using the air conditioning, Covid-19 to how to park our car in their 'free parking'. Ironically, the female owner charged us 15 Euros for parking, which I challenged. We argued, I showed her my booking and said I'd complain to hotels.com, to which she replied she didn't care. She did however care enough to change the hotel details to 'Parking available' the same day, after stealing our money. She is one of the most difficult people you could ever wish to meet, and unbelievably rude. Other reviews mirror my own description. I wouldn't wish this hotel on my worst enemy.

egregio signore, il mio parcheggio non e' gratuito dovete prendervela con hotel .com che non ha messo giusto la descrizione, noi non c entriamo nulla, qui il parcheggio si paga e basta, il ragazzo che lei dice russava stava riposando, noi qua lavoriamo non stiamo in vacanza, per l'hotel se cercava il lusso ha sbagliato posto ed hotel qui in costiera i sevizi si pagano eda anche a caro prezzo lei non ha pagato neppure 100 euro per questa camera, quindi non si puo proprio lamentare del prezzo, io sono molto disponibile con tutti, ma il mio modo di agire e' questo con i clienti, perche' altrimenti fanno tutto quello che vogliono qua dentro, mentre invece qui ci sono delle regole ben precise che vanno rispettate in modo particolare per chi lavora, perche' noi non siamo in vacanza.stiamo qua per lavorare

This is a very basic hotel but a nice balcony with a great location off the main road and very close to the center and everything in Minori. They also provide parking at a good price which is very important. Maria and her family/staff are fantastic, helpful and accommodating.

The Wi-Fi was not working at all during our stay and the reception was very difficult to get a response from for hours after asking our help. There was a lot of noise around the area very cold in rooms also

cara signora il riscaldamento per l'aria calda e' il condizionatore se lei non lo ho saputo funzionare non e' colpa mia, il wifi poi e' ststo ripristinato quando lei me lo ha chiesto, se i clienti non mi dicono niente io non posso sapere le cose, comunque nellsa mia struttura funziona tutta alla perfezione basta chiedere come lei ha fatto con il wifi,ok buona giornata, per quanto riguarda il rumore si sbaglia di grosso perche' di questi periodi non passa una mosca non e' cvome l'estate.

cara signora quello che lei definisce puzzolente e' profumo ambientale, se a lei non era di suo gradimento bastava toglierlo non c'era nessuno problema e' un profimatore elettrico e' puo' essere tolto ma non e' puzzolente colei afferma, serve per tenere frresca ed odorante la stanza, punto, io non sono affatto scortese, la mia indola e' questa, punto. saluti maria ps: non ritengo minimamente di aver questo punteggio.

Great quick stay in Minori
Wonderful location in Minori, right along main bus route. Hotel is a bit loud & rooms are basic but very clean. Maria was wonderful in welcoming me & storing my luggage for a late departure. Breakfast during Covid was at a bakery up the street & consisted of a pastry & a latte/drink.

YIKES, stay away!
The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Shower was awful, room was super old and dingy and smelled terrible. The cherry on top was when we had a silverfish come onto our bed. They say check in is only until 5 which is ridiculous while the owners hang out at reception. Would definitely not recommend.

Staff was not helpful or polite. Was told to wait until until after 9am to get out car back form a “private spot”. Negotiated that time form 10am-we wanted to be out the door at 8am. Was not sympathetic to the fact that we had a flight to catch.

The owner or manager of the property is extremely rude, not hopeful, she yells. We were on the second floor and there is no elevator , we had to go up the stairs with two big luggages I do not recommend this place at all

I would stay there again.
Good price, close to bus but the heating didn’t warm the room in January. Would be nice if they had a fridge too. Overall very good for the price, and I would stay there again.

Old, but good
It is an old place, but nice. The location is good, but very noise during the night, also with other guest being loud after 23.00, and they slammed the door many times (this is nothing to do with the property is lack of respect and education) - so the only thing we didn`t like is that the sound isolation is inexistent. Everything else was just perfect for one night. The room was big with balcony.

Hôtel Très correcte pour le prix . Mais notre chambre 107 était au premier étages donc hauteur de la rue qui est la route principale de la côte . Mais la nuit le trafic est beaucoup moindre et ont a très bien dormi

Nigdy nie zapomnisz pobytu w tym hotelu.
Niezapomniany pobyt. Cały hol i recepcja w zdjęciach właścicielki. Już samo zameldowanie to kilkudziesięcio minutowy proces, sam w sobie jest dużym przeżyciem. Hotel lata swojej świetności ma już za sobą, ale położony jest całkiem urokliwie. Parking miejski obok obiektu 30 €, jak uda się wybłagać właścicielkę to może udać się Wam zaparkować na terenie hotelu za 10 €. Śniadanie w urokliwej knajpce 50 metrów od obiektu, ale by dostać kawę i ciastko trzeba się bardzo naprosić. Chyba lepiej kupić śniadanie niż próbować wykorzystać kupon z hotelu. Mrówki w pokojach hotelowych dopełniają kolorytu. Z pozytywów to przemiły ogromny pies w recepcji i niezwykle sympatyczny i pomocy brat właścicielki, który niestety o niczym nie decyduje. W czasach unifikacji wszystkiego w hotelach na całym świecie trafiacie na hotel, gdzie czas się zatrzymał w latach siedemdziesiątych i nic nie wskazuje na to, że coś się tam kiedyś zmieni.

buonasera cara signora noi in italia siamo ancora in piena pandemia , e le regole covid vanno rispettate, per il parcheggio le nostre condizioni sono queste e' sono scritte su expedia.com, anche per la colazione causa covid non si puo' fare piu' in hotel quiondi cornetto e cappuccino al bar accanto all'hotel, per le formiche purtroppo deve sapere che in camera non si mangia e non si lascia niente che non attiri loro, quindi non e' un problema nostro, perche' la stanza viene pulita tutti i giorni, per il resto che lei indica non e' corretto maria

i ritornerei nuovamente
La Signora Maria dalla apparenza poco accogliente invece si è rilevata gentile e a suo modo ironica, l'hotel a qualità di prezzo e offerta è buona, la mia camera doppia a uso singola era perfetta, mi ha sorpreso il cestino con il set per la cura e igiene personale. La località di Minori non è molto grande e l'hotel è praticamente in centro.
