Good place for family in Moab
Nice and quiet condo. Very comfortable, clean. A few minutes away from the center of town. Provided what we needed for four adults 2 bed/2 bath, plus laundry. It is a two story with stairs. Helpful tip on great drive thru coffee!

Condo Super Clean and Well-stocked
Kimm was great to work with, from booking to answering questions we had during our stay. Her response time was almost immediate! The condo, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus a kitchen stocked with utensils, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, powdered creamer, salt and pepper, oil, etc was perfect for our stay and for making and storing most of our meals. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms but each bedroom had a desk fan. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner plus hand/body lotion in each bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV and of course, there is one in the living room. The location, about 4 miles south of town, provided easy access to Arches NP (about 15 - 20 minutes to entrance) and to Canyonlands NP (Islands in the Sky area) plus Dead Horse State Park. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Overall impression was good. However, We got into town a little early, I tried to message the host to see about early check-in which we had previously discussed and did not hear anything back. So we left and returned at 3:00 which is check-in time, The cleaning lady was there and said that the place wasn't going to be ready until 4:30. I tried messaging the host to confirm and she still didn't respond. Keep in mind this was 2 hours after we had gotten into town. The cleaning lady said she had sent a message telling us that the prior tenants had a late checkout which we did not receive and after looking at her phone she realized it didn't send. That didn't stop her from having an attitude about us being there and being upset about not checking in. She was very rude texting me, but she did a good job cleaning. She just had a bad attitude. The place was nice and clean once we finally got checked in. I didn't hear back from the host until around 6:00 that evening. Telling me she had been out of town and "hoping everything went okay with check-in." The place itself was nice, it was clean, the pool was nice, we used the grill, everything was really good. Just the check-in process was kind of a nightmare with no response from the host and a bad attitude from the one person we actually were able to talk to.

Perfect Weather in Moab, so Green!
Had a great time off roading on Saturday and doing the LaSal Loop on Sunday. Of course, we visited the bookstore twice and several others shops. Loved the new Food Truck area! The condo was perfect for the three of us.

Was not clean. Animal hair got all over my clothes. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and no soap for the shower. Patio hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Tumble weeds and sand everywhere. Grill was dirty. Not staying there again. In fact I want my money back!!!!

This condo was great for a week in Moab. It was very clean which is super important to my wife but I was delighted with the location, roomy unit and the garage which held all our gear even though it was golf cart size.Would stay here again.

The perfect location to visit and relax.
After one week doing the Utah national parks, we really appreciated to relax at this complete house. The property is clean pretty new, and the team is available relatively fast in case of any problem. Will definitely repeat and recommend.

Quiet location, great dark sky views
Clean, pleasant, plenty of room for us. Loved the quiet, though that may differ on a weekend. Delightful SW decor, comfy bed, LR sofa & chair. Would suggest a reading light or two in LR. Throw rugs are nice but can be a tripping hazard. Would stay again

Everything was clean and tidy. The pictures were very accurate (note the queen bed is pictured twice, but it is the same room). Location is a little outside of town, but close enough if you have transportation. The garage is small, but will fit a standard SUV with some finesse. We did not need to reach out to the host aside from checking in early which she allowed.

This property truly surprised me and was better than expected. We were very impressed by the cleanliness, neighborhood, and the southwest decor. Better communication from the owner is the only ask to make this 5 stars. I normally here from the owner at least 3 days prior to check in with some information. 2 days prior I still had not heard anything so reached out directly. I did hear back and was provided a code for entry to the unit. In reviewing other comments, it seems several have had this issue.

Cute condo on the golf course
We stayed the week of Easter Jeep Safari. The unit was located close enough but in a quiet complex. There is trailer parking on the street but not in the complex. Garages may fit a car but not a lifted Jeep. The garage did not have a light. Kitchen has the basics but is on the smaller side. The unit has a newer washer and dryer and furniture but is otherwise a little dated. The queen sized bed was comfortable but my teen boys said the twins were not. I appreciated that the unit was nonsmoking. Thanks Kimm!

Excellent Base for Exploring Red Rock Country
This excellent property a few minutes outside of Moab provided us with an excellent place to crash each night after hiking the nearby national parks, etc. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner, and there was plenty of room for our family of four to relax after a long day outside.

Used as Thanksgiving retreat
Our family of four and two dogs stayed here during Thanksgiving 2022. The kitchen is tiny and equipped with mostly basics, but we still pulled off a great home-cooked holiday meal for 13 friends in the area! The condo is cozy and near good 4WDing and access to trails. It is located in a residential housing area about 10 minutes south of Moab that appears to be mostly occupied by home/condo owners. There is a hose out front for washing off the dogs after a hike, and poop bag stations all over the neighborhood. If you're looking for something that is cozy, comfortable, and meets all your basic needs, this is a great deal. The hot water is VERY hot. Beware.

Very Convenient Location
Nice location convenient to National Parks and State Parks. Really nice to have a designated parking spot after a day hiking in the parks. Right down the road from grocery store and a gas station on the corner. Fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay a success. We were provided with detailed directions so it was very easy to find. A great place for a family or a retired couple.

We has an awesome stay! The pool we were able to use was clean, we were close to town and Arches National Park. The only thing they need to update is instead of a key there was a keypad. But getting in contact with our hostess was fast and easy!

Great pet friendly place to stay near Moab
This condo was perfect for us. It was nicely stocked with a bunch of extras. A little outside of the hustle of Moab. Just a short walk to see the golf course petroglyphs. Thanks for easy communication and a nice place to stay with our two dogs.

Great location and priced appropriately
These units are 2 story and pretty narrow. It's a perfect landing pad for 2 people or a small family. I would be cramped if I were sharing it with other adults than my partner though. It could use a little decluttering and a deep cleaning but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Upon arrival, I realized that I stayed at this unit in 2016. It is a perfect place to use as home base. We hiked, mountain biked, Jeeped and rented a side by side. Having a clean and comfy home base was amazing. Having the garage meant we did not have to take the bikes and rack on all adventures. The host responded within 5 min of every question - sometimes instantly. They were great to answer all questions and make sure we were comfortable and settled. I’ll for sure stay there again in the future.

Communication was nonexistent, promised key was missing
Messages through Vrbo app asking for early check-in went unanswered. Key was missing from specified location leaving us sitting around outside after a really long drive and subsequent bike ride. Messages begging for access went unanswered. Only thing that saved this trip was the property manager that was able to contact the owner to get us access. Listing shows what looks like two Queen beds, but it’s really the same bed made with different different bedding. Location was fine. Garage was nice to store bikes. Listing claims there is a parking lot for trailers, but property does not allow ANY trailers in the parking lot. Place is decent enough for a night or two, but fell far short of expectations based on the listing.

Great value!
This is a great property located just a few minutes outside of town. I think the value is amazing since you can bring your pets, and it also has a garage where we could secure our dirtbikes overnight.
